[Proposal to House of Merit] NDC Degens 1/2 June

Due to the fact that NDC initiative will be closed and the submission of new proposals will be unavailable after May 15. We request that HoM consider our additional proposal covering the first two weeks of June (June 1-15th).

As the proposal is only for half a month, we request half the amount of our previous request. The results of the work will be reduced by approximately 40% due to the shortened timeframe. A report will be provided after June 15th.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the NDC. We intend to prepare a comprehensive report covering all the work done by Degens within the NDC, following its official closure. We have done a lot of work and given many users of the Near Protocol ecosystem the chance to shine.

**The remuneration (applicants) can be changed depending on the work performed based on the January report. The data is provided if all members of the main NDC Degens team achieve TLS 1.

Funding Procedures:

NDC Degens focuses on the personal performance of each member. At the moment, each member of NDC Degens is working on increasing TLS, which will be assigned to him at the end of January. Based on the results of TLS, a DP (Degen Point) will be assigned to each of the participants, who will determine the amount of remuneration.

KYC/KYB

Each NDC Degens member undertakes to pass KYC in accordance with the NDC/Near policy.

Creation of a report on all the work done by NDC Degens

We want to express our appreciation to NDC members and summarize the results of this productive cooperation. We will choose a time period from the creation of NDC Degens and the support of this initiative by MDAO, up to the present day.

We would like to highlight all the congress members who worked with us throughout the time, as well as our achievements and overall statistics.

We changed and so did NDC, and we want to reflect this in a comprehensive report.

Referrals

In June, we will continue to work with referrals in the Near Protocol ecosystem. Since the work will be halved, we see about 700 referrals during this period.

Full support for NDC and its initiatives this month will be the main argument for assigning TLS to each degens. We want to express our commitment to the ecosystem and loyalty to NDC, so we will intensify our activity in this direction.
