Projects to be funded:

Estufada Artistica – A multi-disciplinary event in Coimbra University Botanical Garden.

Ongoing project between April and July. Shared between Black Cat Cinema DAO and Muti DAO.

June instalment: 1500 USD


Start of summer season. June open-air cinema at Arroz Estúdios.

Ongoing project until October 2022. New proposals to be created for coming months.

2nd film poster art competition
Following on from the success of our first poster art competition. This is a second open call for artists to re-imagine the artwork for film posters. 150 USD


Metrics for success

  • 10 wallets created. Creation during collaborations with artists, such as photographer, translator, musicians for pre-event shows. In addition it should be possible to use our regular post-show emails to link a NEAR wallet pre-loaded with a free NFT souvenir inside as an extra incentive to engage, creating personal exposure for NEAR for all of our visitors, and an interesting experiment to see wallet uptake in this format.

  • Driving traffic to Arroz Estúdios: 417 new members at the association.

  • NFT tickets available publicly and advertised fully online. 50 sold.

  • Artwork competition round 2: Competition run and advertised. Final winners minted into NFTs and on sale. Announced on Instagram quoting NEAR, NEAR Foundation, and NFT artwork to 5000 followers.

Council matters: Monthly budget, report, voting. 360 USD

Total: 3000 USD

I’ve just added the metrics for success as an edit to the original post. Please take a look and me know what you think! Looking at the metrics on various different proposals, the CUDO one seems to focus on the previous month. Whereas others focus on the following month. Wasn’t too sure, but figured that the monthly report already covers the previous month? So wrote our goals for June. Looking forward to your feedback, and if there’s anything to tighten up :slight_smile:
