Noah Major - Host & Coordination:
Noah has been making content for Neko since July 2022, and has been creating his own educational content on Tiktok since July of 2020. He has grown his Tiktok platform to more than 8k followers and has achieved millions of total views. He has built up his personal following to more than 17k (instagram not currently connected @nono_web3).
Noah is currently the PR Manager/Social Media Manager for Neko and JumpDefi, host of the Neko Morning Show and a Neko Content Creator.
After a fantastic rollout of Season 1 of the Neko Morning Show, Noah is ready to improve it in all ways possible. He is excited to continue the growth and development of the NEAR ecosystem.

Soos, with a background in aviation as a pilot, decided to put his pilot career on hold to pursue his newfound passion for web3 and NEAR Protocol. What related qualifications, experience or track record does your team bring to this initiative?
Nono has been managing the JumpDefi / Neko Social Media’s since December of 2022 as well as acting as their PR Manager. He has succinctly rolled out important updates and news related to the companies, while at the same fostering high engagement on Twitter and creating hundreds of Tiktok educational videos (the team has put out 503).
Soos has been leading the Learn2Earn side of NEKO, creating quality content to help onboard users in the NEAR ecosystem.
As the Learn2Earn Manager for Neko, Soos has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the Learn2Earn program. Through his innovative strategies and dedication, he has brought immense value to the program, helping countless users grasp the intricacies of web3 and NEAR, empowering them to earn and grow within the ecosystem, and making sure that rewards are distributed to participants.
Soos and Nono successfully led Season 2 of the Neko Morning Show (funded), as well as an impressive (season 1 funded) & ( Season 0 unfunded) NEKOMorningShow.
The Season 1 Neko Morning Show we held 10 NEKO Morning shows which had a total of (6,070 views) with an average of (607 views), and a total of (62,896 impressions) with an average of (6,290) Impressions per show across multiple streaming platforms.

They not only led a highly successful Neko Morning Show with impressive numbers but also made a significant contribution as content creators to the NEKO social media accounts. They created a total of 553 videos on TikTok, 557 videos on YouTube, and more on other social platforms, all aimed at educating and onboarding more users to the NEAR Protocol.
The Neko TikTok, YouTube & Instagram accounts serve as the main hub for educating the NEAR community and acts as a gateway for new users to join the NEAR Ecosystem. In the past 30 days, our short videos garnered an impressive 42,800 video views, along with 495 likes on TikTok & YouTube only.

The Neko Morning Show is a pioneering multi-platform morning streaming show, uniquely positioned to reach a diverse global audience. Our unwavering commitment is to keep our viewers well-informed about the NEAR Ecosystem, including new project releases, updates, and comprehensive educational content. Our approach goes beyond mere explanations; we demonstrate real-time actions and processes, ensuring that our audience can easily follow along.
Our core objective is to establish trust and relatability with our audience by delivering consistent, informative live broadcasts enriched with real-time demonstrations. Our primary goal is to reach a broad audience on web3/web2 across all platforms to educate and onboard more people to the NEAR Protocol. We aim to bridge the knowledge gap and cultivate understanding among a wide-ranging audience, encompassing both web3 and web2 users across various platforms. True to the same spirit that NEAR itself was founded in, we are trying to solve the accessibility problem of Web3 Education and the difficulty of onboarding new users into web3. We achieve this by providing a high-quality podcast complemented by real-time demonstrations and interactive tasks for viewers to learn on whatever platform they can access across the world, whether it’s live or recorded, audio or video podcast.

- The NEKOMorningShow initially began on TikTok, but we encountered limitations in reaching a broader audience due to countries restrictions and user preferences.
By expanding our show to multi-streaming platforms to reach people across various social media platforms around the world whether they are from web2 or web3. This expansion has significantly enhanced accessibility for our audience and helps to increase our total impact.
One of the distinctive features of our NEKO Morning Show is the live demonstrations we provide for the topics we cover. This enables us to engage with our viewers and demonstrate in real-time how to embark on their NEAR Protocol journey, surpassing conventional audio explanations. This approach empowers our audience to actively participate and simplifies Web3 education, making it more accessible and comprehensible.
The Neko Morning Show serves as an educational platform and a valuable resource for onboarding new users to the NEAR Ecosystem. Our show provides essential information to kickstart their journey by guiding them towards the right DApps, featuring new project releases, and shedding light on existing projects within the NEAR Protocol.
We leverage various tools, such as QR code scans, to direct viewers straight to the websites or social media accounts we are covering. Additionally, our consistently updated tickers and captions for each episode serve as effective reminders for viewers regarding important news. This consistent highlighting during each episode of the show helps both new and existing viewers stay updated on the latest developments within the NEAR Ecosystem, enabling them to catch up quickly.

Neko empowers the ecosystem by giving media coverage to up and coming projects, blue-chip projects, candidates, journalists and influencers to facilitate fair an unbiased discourse to promote TEG (total ecosystem/protocol growth). Similarly, Neko notifies the user base about important updates from NEAR-native projects, and highlights those trying to gain traction.

Neko is known as community staple since early 2022, bringing excitement and education to the ecosystem, and news coverage!

Neko massively promotes decentralization as it encourages its followers and all new users to be actively involved in the governance of the community, listen in to AMAs across the ecosystem, and cross-compare ideas to most aptly find the right path together. (Funny enough, if you tune into the Neko Morning Show, you’ll find that Soos and Nono quite often disagree in the pursuit of a antifragile future!)
4. Efficient operation (don’t be a burden; instead, help the Community to be more efficient)
Neko takes pride in consistent ecosystem amplification (NEARWEEK, El Cafe Cartel, neardc, MetaPool, MarmaJ, etc.) and does it’s best to funnel attention and users to all the amazing projects of NEAR. Similarly, we will never charge another project to be highlighted by us, as we want to be able to reach and bolster ALL ecosystem projects, and not just those with a well-established treasury. We will endeavor to continue to be known as community that never takes more than it gives.
5. Continuous improvement via weekly iterations (plan, measure results, and adjust continuously)
The Neko Morning Show alone has shown massive improvement over time, not to mention the @ goodfortuneNFT account as a whole. Each month has continued to boast our highest and most robust KPI’s yet, specifically in viewers, not just impressions. We believe that impressions are a good start, but we will ever push to convert all of our impressions to viewers and active ecosystem participants in the greatest decentralization experiment of our time.
To evaluate the results, please use the following metrics that will be used for tracking individual initiatives’ performance by Marketing (Eco) DAO. All the metrics must be attributable to the relevant project/initiative through on-chain activity and off-chain reporting, ensuring GDPR compliance and preserving privacy:
1. Accounts retention after 1/2/4/8 weeks — the percentage of accounts who continue interacting on the chain over a given time period (higher is better)
Neko account acquisition is only up and to the right which is impressive, because we just recently got de-platformed on TikTok. All recent insights were published in detail in our report.
2. Account acquisition cost — budget divided by the number of accounts interacting through the funded initiative (lower is better)
Last month’s funding: $3,300. Last month’s viewership was 5272 (avg. 659 for 8 shows). AAC according to Neko Morning Show views: $0.63 per view.

One of the most exciting features about the Neko Morning Show lately has been it’s multi-social expansion! Lately we have pushed to both spotify and Facebook, and Facebook will serve as the next frontier for adoption.
Since early 2022 at Consensus, Neko has onboarded everyday users to NEAR. Now, we look forward to converting social interactions from TikTok and Facebook (as well as many others), to NEAR wallets and users.
We will see a large influx through people who would never otherwise be in the space, by leveraging tech like ShardDog. Who doesn’t want free collectables? With continually the highest views of any show on NEAR (recent show w/AVB got 700+ views on Twitter alone), the Neko Morning Show stands that highest chance of solving account abstraction hurdles from moving users directly from a streaming platform, onto the blockchain. ShardDog claim numbers will be posted as soon as we have the data collected!
For the purpose of streamlining users into the podcast and back to onchain activity, we implement a more strict posting structure.
