Budget formation
At the moment, NDC Degens were at the test stage, now we are ready to move on to full-fledged activity and be a part on Marketing DAO constellations (at least until NDC v1). We have revised the system of remuneration of participants, based on the current conditions of budgeting and the formation of the final monthly budget, which cannot exceed $10,000.
Using our TLS system (*paragraph 7 in our charter) we determine the activity of each Degens based on the performed KPIs. Previously, TLS defined a fixed reward system.
Example:
Leader - 1500$
Tier 1 - 1500$
Tier 2 - 1000$
Tier 3 - 500$
For more honest and transparent remuneration, we have chosen a system that excludes clear monetary rewards, and the total monetary reward of NDC Degens is divided into all participants depending on the TLS level.
Thus, instead of a fixed payment, NDC Degens members will receive “Degens Points”, which determine the amount of rewards. We get a flexible system that is ready to fairly distribute resources within NDC Degens.

This system will allow us to work with any budget, calculating all metrics honestly and impartially.
August Budget
Based on the Degens Points and the budget limit of $ 10,000, we predict an increase in the level of content quality, as well as an increase in KPI’s for each direction. Due to the increase in professionalism, as well as the increase in KPI’s, the amount of content created will increase, but the variance of participants’ remuneration will decrease.
Thus, our budget forecast for August.

In the future, we intend to reduce the variance between Degens participants by increasing the level of content and changing KPI’s. The ideal conditions are if all NDC Degens participants will perform tasks at TLS level 1.
