Talking about numbers, last year around this time we had 729 members, and now we are sitting at 10,233! A HUGE INCREASE OF 1303%.
On the last report, we mentioned that we were hosting the first AMA (hosted by reddit mods team) with Clarian North, co-founder of Tamago music.
The event went very well more than 80 questions and a lot of interest was shown by our community, more AMAs to come very soon.

- Become more actively involved with the subreddit plus spend more time on the subreddit even in my free time.
- Active participation in organizing/managing more events and activities to bolster overall subreddit growth whenever possible.
- Work on sharing/discussing some community/technical content of NEAR.
During the past two weeks, I reviewed the post on Reddit from my shift and interacted with many people onboarding and providing support. Unfortunately, I had some problems with the platform that wouldn’t let me connect at some points, but it is solved now, so let’s jump into the highlights.
CONTENT CREATION
Reddit Wiki page (in progress) for Guilds/communities establishment and guidelines. Also adding information about ecosystem verticals and funding proposals process.
On-Chain Community Ops presentation. Spreading the word about new workflow, reach, and contact points to provide guidance and support.
Concierge team outreach spreadsheet, I collected a DB of projects, influencers, and channels the concierge team can use to promote activities on every channel and expand our reach to other chains and communities.
AMA’s
Scheduled AMA with NEAR P2P, a project already on the main net that has received two grants and, most recently, funding from a VC. They need support building community.
Scheduled AMA with NEAR Venezuela to discuss community management and multitasking communities as service providers.
Scheduled AMA with an upcoming Launchpad based on NFT promotions (Free Horses)
Pending confirmation on an AMA for another NFT charity project called Fayyr. I already made an AMA with them on Discord, and now we are moving to Reddit.
SIDE QUESTS

I am working on a collaboration with Atocha for a game-related post on Reddit.

As already mentioned, the following are the highest priority goals we currently have for this quarter.

Implement new bots and moderation rules. (some bots have been already as per today, such as “spam obfuscation filter” “spam filter” to reduce recent spam attacks)
