[SEPTEMBER REPORT] Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space for Film Dramas, Radio Dramas & Rehearsals; Installment Funding Request

This is the final report to this Proposal… In the above proposal, we requested $4,000 for Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space, which we agreed to take out $800 from our August Funding and $3,200 from our September Funding. HIGHLIGHTS:
September was a success. From having a successful Bounty, to an interesting Drama Contest and onboarding classes, down to safeguarding the Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space.

• Our Evening of Many Dramas event recorded more than 30 people present.
• Opened NEAR wallets for 25 people.
• We are happy to say that our Online Presence is growing.

METRICS MET:
In September, we stated out the month targets on our Metrics:

• Onboard 20+ New NEARians
• Create 20+ New Wallets
• Generate 4+ Drama Video NFT
• Generate 20 Picture NFTs
• Generate 15+ Contents for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
• Gain 40+ Social Media Followers on all platforms

and we are happy and proud we achieved them all

• From September till date, we moved from 251 DAO Members to 308 DAO members on all Platforms.

• We onboarded and opened 25 NEAR wallets for new NEARians:

• We have generated and posted more than 20 contents on all our Online platforms; entertaining our Online Audience with our Drama Pictures and the video teaser.

• We have 20 NFTs on our Store (Thespians DAO Store) on Mintbase; and we have our 4 full Drama videos locked with the NFTs via the help of https://vault.varda.vision

EXPERIENCE:
Hello Community, in Theatre we believe “The Show Must Go On”
We will continue to triumph in our bid to achieve the 3 DAO Goals: To Onboard, Educate and Entertain.

It was not an easy one convincing Drama Groups as most of them believed that winners are already decided before the competition in most cases. But we proved them wrong by being transparent, and they were all happy with the results.

Next time, we would make provisions for little tips to give to all participating Drama Groups, to help support and encourage them as well. And to cover up some costs incurred during the Drama preparations.

NEXT STEPS:
The past few months have thought us more reasons for self sustainibilty. We will continue in our vision to self Sustainability by having Audio-Visual equipment to create as much NFTs as possible, and increase the DAOs value.
