This is the report to this Proposal:
Greetings to the NEAR Community and Creatives at large.
It was an awesome experience having Young and Creatives Actors who came out in their best and numbers to participate in our Evening of Many Dramas Contest.
6 Drama Groups picked up the free form for the event, but only 4 could make it to the final stage.
PRE EVENT ACTIVITIES:
We got the forms ready and had some online publicity to create awareness for our Drama Contest. Thespians DAO members shared the artwork and we indeed got a turn up who came to our event ground to pick up the forms and sign the agreement.
When the date is fixed, and we are ready to role; we started reaching out to crew members, some of which we paid in Fiat and others who are on the Ecosystem had to request their payment from Thespians DAO Astro.
Two days before the main date of the event, we notified our honourable panel of Judges in the persons of @Christianokoji and @Henry126
@Christianokoji is a man of God, who cares so much about the Youths and talent development. He was onboarded by Thespians DAO during one of our events in Nigeria.
@Henry126 is an International Cinematographer; who has gathered experience in the visual and entertainment Industry for years. He shuffles between Dubai and Nigeria in the course of making his Arts. He was onboarded by the Thespians DAO weeks before the Drama Contest event.
I was also part of the panel of Judges; and it was such a great feeling.
We had to design and print out the Drama Contest artwork, as well as the prize board;
PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES:
On the D day, we started with some lectures on Web3 Ecosystem, NFT, and NEAR Protocol. We had some interactive sessions with the Audience and the members of the Thespians DAO present. Questions popped out and I was able to answer them and enlighten the audience more, as well…
We also had to onboard and open wallets for over 20 New NEARians during the project:
After the lectures and onboarding of New NEARians, we started with the Drama Competition, which featured four Drama Groups and over 30 members in general.
The Groups tried to communicate in their own way and style the benefits of learning and practicing under the NEAR Ecosystem, and the success stories of migrating from Web2 to Web3 as a Creative.
In their different styles and stories, they all gave us an entertaining show, and educated the audience as well, as they preach about the NEAR Protocol.

POST PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES:
An Evening of Many Dramas Contest was a success, and everything went according to plan. We have a highlight of the Event & Dramas on YouTube:
The different full videos of the four Dramas are on Varde Vault as unlockables to our “20” NFTs that are minted on Mintbase, at Thespians DAO store.
Prices were awarded to the winners and I gave out 20,000 Naira from my personal pocket to the two groups that didn’t win.
We are happy we could pull this through. Thanks to the Actors and Actresses, and the Crew Members too.
We also thank the Community for giving us such an opportunity to help build the Ecosystem with our craft, we are grateful.
