Dear NEAR GLOBE DAO! We would like to propose the FEB proposal as follow: 1. Introduction about NEAR Vietnam: Introduction: NEAR Vietnam Social channels 2. I. Highlights:

During this month, we have 3 key things to share:

1. After our NEAR VN’s Twitter page ( https://twitter.com/VietnamNear ) was hacked

In February, we started with another page ( https://twitter.com/VietnamNearDao) Twitter page but unluckily, our Twitter got suspended due to “Misleading and Deceptive Identities.” Adminst these struggles, we started another Twitter page https://twitter.com/NEARVietnam_DAO, and have gotten more than 12,100 impressions, will be over 20K impressions by 15th Mar.

2. Despite the bad situation, we hit nearly the target for the KPI of tier B (except Twitter impressions) with highlights as follows:

3. New wallet: Organized a Learn to Earn campaign to recruit new users (91 wallets) and help them understand the NEAR ecosystem.

4. Partnership: We set up a big partnership with ZenS - a Web2 software company specializing in the fields of:

• Website design;
• Web App design;
• Business CRM-ERP Solutions;
• LMS System

1. Collaboration goals:

• Zen.S is planning to explore blockchain with a ready-built open source platform. Their ambitious products are a Future Trading bot and an AI social listening tool (BITSCOPE).

3. Education:

• 4 events online with min 30 users/ each event

• 2 Devs training activities with YouTube links

4. Engagement:

• Twitter: 12100 / 50000 impressions

• Telegram: 121 active members

• Wallet txns: average 76 txns/ wallet for 36 wallets, 2948 txns in total

• Videos: 4 videos with a total of 4311 views

III. Next Goals Highlights:

We will continue to rebuild our Twitter page to get back the position of 2nd biggest NEAR community in the world and also focus on partnerships to bring more web2 users to NEAR by collaborating with projects.
