Collaboration w/ KADIN Palembang
For the community, we were invited by Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) in Palembang City to give education seminar about Crypto and Blockchain, at the same time introduce NEAR Protocol and declare partnership for upcoming event.
KADIN stands for ‘Kamar Dagang dan Industri‘, or Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is the umbrella organization of the Indonesian business chambers and associations.
Total partisipants are around 80 and most of them are businessman which hold nearly 70% wealth in that city.
NEAR Indonesia Collaborative Platform
We launched the NEAR Indonesia Collaborative Platform which hopefully will become a more inclusive solution to accommodate the needs, wants and needs of NEAR Indonesia members who come from various backgrounds.
The forms of activities that we can accommodate for now are in the form of:
- Promotion of projects/ dApps/ ecosystem/ utilities built on NEAR
- Opportunities for collaboration/collaboration with various entities
- Support educational activities and onboarding NEAR
- Grants and Funding assisting & info
- Contact and further information

Currently the function of this collaboration platform has been running and made our works on collaboration are well managed.
Bringing Community Onboard
We also collaborate with partners who have an interest in the music industry to establish a DAO whose hope is to become a DAO for Indonesians to collaborate, create and provide value to the NEAR ecosystem according to their interests in the music industry.
The DAO that was built is purely autonomous and NEAR Indonesia acts as a partner that helps in the education process, onboarding and as an advisor so that the movement is more targeted and effective.
THINGS THAT HAVEN’T DELIVERED
We promised in our previous proposal as we mentioned in [Approved] NEAR Indonesia February/March 2022 to onboard 100 people in collaboration with NFTribe. Due to some obstacles and readiness, we plan to accomplish this in May 2022
THINGS THAT WE WANT TO DO AND IMPROVE
Hearing input from several teams here, we feel that the social media presence, community and awareness of people towards NEAR Indonesia is quite large. It’s time for us to rise to a higher level.
From now on we will focus on collaborating and partnering with institutions, educational communities to attract DEVELOPERS and ENTRREPRENEURS to be onboard and develop something in the NEAR Ecosystem.
