Hello @Agung_djs,

We had a discussion regarding your dev activities. And we have conclusion now.

For Dev activity, we only consider proper dev offline/online workshops. And in TierB you need to have 2 dev workshops each month. We don’t consider articles instead.

But as you wrote article this time, we are considering it as Tier E KPI. We decided to reward you for your efforts this time. But next time make sure you have proper 2 dev workshops else we won’t be able to consider that as complete KPI & article won’t be counted. Hope you understand, we have set of things to follow and other communities to manage.

Let me share breakdown,

Total Budget: $4500

After cutting 50% from TierD for dev workshops (7.5% of total budget):

$4500 - $337.5 = $4162.5

After Adding Tier E Article (15% of total Tier E Budget):

$4162.5 + $225 = $4387.5

So, total amount for you will be $4387.5.

$2250 already paid to you.

So, if you don’t any question you can create a poll for $4387.5 - $2250 = $2137.5.
