4. Assessment mechanism
a) Self-assessment： DAO committee members since December 1, 2021，Vote every 3 months，Automatic update of committee members。
b) Community assessment: Hakuna Matata guild organizes community voting，DAOs with a support rate of less than 60%，50% of committee members will be replaced，If DAO cannot complete the replacement by itself，Hakuna Matata guild will form a new DAO of the same type,And stop funding distribution.
5. Supervision mechanism
The use of funds is spent through DAO,If a single use of funds exceeds 5% of the total amount of DAO,The community’s written proposal needs to be publicized for three days,For feedback.
