**The remuneration (applicants) can be changed depending on the work performed based on the January report. The data is provided if all members of the main NDC Degens team achieve TLS 1.

Funding Procedures:

NDC Degens focuses on the personal performance of each member. At the moment, each member of NDC Degens is working on increasing TLS, which will be assigned to him at the end of January. Based on the results of TLS, a DP (Degen Point) will be assigned to each of the participants, who will determine the amount of remuneration.

KYC/KYB

Each NDC Degens member undertakes to pass KYC in accordance with the NDC/Near policy.

In March, we showed excellent growth in this direction and we are not going to stop at the March result.

In April, we will focus on promoting our own referral links even more.

New NDC Degens Main Team Members

We received more than 50 new applications to join NDC Degens Main Team, and our task was to select the most suitable candidates.

Unfortunately, most of the applications did not meet our requirements, so we decided to recruit a team based on the unique qualities of each candidate.

We have increased the team by 3 new members:

Yaroslav (Telegram: Contact @Rollman ) - excellent knowledge of the ecosystem, more than 700 referrals to MOON and HOT, high-quality content creation.

Vikash (Telegram: Contact @kv9990 ) - An OG of the ecosystem who has proven himself as a professional. Excellent knowledge of the ecosystem, as well as experience in communicating with users, will strengthen our team in the direction of Onboarding.

Oleg (Telegram: Contact @AnchiProduct ) - excellent skills in creating video content and articles. With this candidate, we will be able to create an Official NDC Degens YouTube, with which we will be able to onboardize new users outside the ecosystem.

  • All new candidates are aware that if they do not meet the minimum KPI’s, they will be removed from the NDC Degens Main Team.

At the moment, we have one more slot left for an active participant, whom we will select during April.

Work on onboarding new projects and DAO in NDC

We have set a difficult task for Degens - onboarding of new projects and DAOs in the NDC ecosystem, using the Near Digital Collective form

We intend to spread information about NDC wherever Degens resources allow.

Using the service bit.ly we will be able to track activity through our link.

Launching Public Degens 2.0

We intend to change the approach to Public Degens and use few approaches to carry out this initiative. As the practice of the first stage of Public Degens has shown, the use of Near Social and widgets leads to a complication of the process of participation in Public Degens.

At the moment, we are considering several platforms for conducting Public Degens Stage 2.

Arkana, heroes.build or gov.near (creating bounties inside the forum).
The estimated launch date is April 15th. The duration is 1 month.

The prize pool of Public Degens is not requested from HoM, as the budget has already been formed inside our DAO.
