HYPE HACK!
A new HypeDAO Dev channel was created in telegram and is incredibly active in its first few weeks.
We had listed a lot of possible bounties and a few of them got picked up.

Work has been started on a Sputnik v2 fork with NFT support. These two fine folks had started work on the NFT DAO but are taking the time to upgrade Sputnik v2 codebase to use near sdk v4, for better testing. Looking forward to hearing from them soon!

“Montana Blues” on telegram has made great progress on a Discourse post fetcher and component.
Many of our hack bounties stay relevant, and we hope to maintain a Hack Bounty Chest of about 500 N for folks who pick up bounties towards our goal of making DAOs and NFTs easier to use and build with.
Art Initiatives
Telegram Sticker Contest was planned, but it lacked someone available for planning / coordination and hasnt happened so far.
I did a lot of outreach on Twitter and Instagram to artists for onboarding to HypeDAO. The artist introductions thread is growing long with thoughtful replies!
With no available art coordination for August, no artists were onboarded to mintbase, but several are available and ready.
Next month we will prioritize art initiatives over dev, in terms of coordinating efforts.
Our content was made up of:
- engagement tweets
- informative near/daos/nfts posts and retweets
- art shares/reposts
Our following has grown to 250 followers, and engagement is still struggling.

This tells us that people are excited about opportunities and we need more of them. For next month we will put together a tweet schedule and regularly scheduled opportunities to earn.

We have grown to over 100 members and three groups, and are migrating to discord which is better for community growth.

Summary
While we did not produce art as a group this month, we have onboarded a lot of artists, built out some tools, and laid out a roadmap for the website. Resassessing, we are putting the focus on art initiatives and engagement next month. HYPE!!!
