[Event Proposal] Near Amapiano Rock Fest - September 2022

As we all know the month of September is a rocking month for everyone, as a musician that understands what the music industry entails, months of September is usually groovy and Rocky that’s why I present to you our long awaited project.

Amapiano Rock fest is a much special kind of fest, as this does not only involve live performances alone but games and lifestyle,

This event will be live at ( ikoyi Garden playground ) here is a popular lounge with beach view where our audiences can comfortably enjoy our amazing performances, this location occupy about 120 sitters Which we all know is a good turnout for any good event alongside the standing view for audiences, basically we gonna be having a whole large number of guest coming both in the physical and on the metaverse.

Here are some programs i intend introducing:

1, Dj freestyles

  • we intend to invite two DJ specialized on amapiano rythm to keep the audiences alive during this event.

2, music performances

3, comedy

4, live talk show with enivy introducing (Near) and how it works

5, Zulu Dance to be minted as NFT

6, Amapiano zulu live dance performances

6, a lot of amazing other performances

So this event have been planned and we gonna be making Near banners, Near fliers, posters, and social media publicity, i want to make a big history out of this event.

Near Awareness

There’s going to be an education by a member of the Master minds dao community to talk about web3 ecosystem and nearprotocol

We are going to get a full record of all attendees of the event, open a near wallet for each of them and also introduce some of them to the Masterminds on telegram to explore the ecosystem.

Doing that we plan to make out a slip that looks like this:

Amapiano Zulu Dance

Zulu dances are a common type of community dance and are an integral part of most Zulu ceremonies. Zulu dances are meant to signify freedom & happiness thus occur when any significant event occurs to help share goodwill.

It is thought that the Zulu dance in its original form started in the 16th century. This dance has been passed down and modified through the centuries.

1st October is also the independence day here in Nigeria, people will love to come share happiness and cultural fun and values to celebrate the Independence Day, This fest is channeled to creating a comfortable atmosphere for people out there to come celebrate culture and values, making it possible for us to educate them about the Near ecosystem.

  • Capacity to receive over 100 audiences and more

  • Tickets to this event will be sold as NFT (Any audience purchasing tickets must use his or her Near Wallet / Credit Card

  • 12 performing artist in total
    Some among the performers from this community are @cotmusic @larkim and many more

  • Event is shedule for 1st of October been the Independence Day here in Nigeria.

  • Onboarding atleast 5- 10 dancers from the Zulu dance

  • Minting of 5 - 10 Zulu dance on mastermind store

Methodology

  • We’ll have the tickets to this event minted as NFT so audiences can purchase it using their near wallet / credit card,

  • During our sponsored ads and promotions, A generated Neardrop link will be attached through which audiences can create a near wallet and purchase the ticket themselves.This link will be loaded with gas fees for initial transactions. (ie Simply follow the link and then click “CLAIM WITH NEW ACCOUNT”)

  • A crew have been organized by me already to enable smooth running of all the necessary amenities and coordination of this event.

Activities

When guest arrive at the event there will be a QR code at the entrance to scan all purchased tickets.

  • Promotion and Online Ads with link proof on (instagram, Facebook, and twitter 30$ each ) — (90 usd In near)

  • Near Banner, flier’s, artworks and painting for confirmation — Banner 1.8m (50 usd in near)

  • Fliers 100 copies (20 usd in near)

  • Artworks ( Artwork confirmation for all artists) in near, Total is (50 usd in Near)

  • MC ( master of this ceremony) (50 usd)

  • DJ ( Everything relating to sound)( 70 usd)

  • Near quality T-shirts and face cap for crew members and some major performers ( the t-shirt and caps will be mandatory for them to put on. (12 pieces and caps 10$ each ) — (120$ in near)

  • Video coverage and photo works to be minted as NFT ( highlighting all artist performances and behind the scenes) — (Camera men 80$ In near)

  • Amapiano Zulu Dance Costumes : 200 usd in Near

  • Security (3 bouncers) 15$ each total of (45 usd in near)
