With almost a decade of experience in customer success management, community relations/engagement management, and communications specialization, I am confident that my skills and experience make me a perfect fit for this role.
As the Lead Strategist for Community and Communications at Loozr, I successfully managed community moderators, organized community events and campaigns, and leveraged people relations strategies to foster beneficial partnerships and growth. My efforts resulted in a community increase of over 9,000 on Discord and Telegram, with an 80% organic engagement retention rate across all official channels.
In addition, I have demonstrated my ability to create inclusive communities through my work with the Web3 Woman Hub, where I hosted weekly Twitter Space sessions alongsides women like @luacantu, Dr Tammy & Vasilisa Versus, that attracted over 1,500 women in just two months.
