Greetings Near Community I’m Dabbie
I want to use this medium to reveal my interest in the position of the NDC engagement Manager role.
I have been in the Near Ecosystem for a long period, learning, understanding and working with the Near ecosystem. I started working with the NDC from the inception and was among the first volunteers that contributed during the inception of the NDC, I contributed to the initial draft of the NDC conflict resolution, AMA hosting process and code of conduct. This is to say I have worked and understood the main goal of the NDC which is a paramount skill needed for any job to be well done, and am ready to work and help in the achievement.
I have worked with some Blockchains like Vision chain, and some NFT communities as both engagement and community Manager and partnership Manager. During these courses I’ve not only learnt but have mastered how to handle a community to achieve positive improvement and growth.
I possess good communication skills, I understand telegram use and I possess great management skills. I can possess a sound understanding of Trello and some community management tools.
Recently I’ve completed a course on Blockchain management with Alison courses and am still learning Leadership and management skills for businesses.
With my experience in community Management and development, I know I’m the perfect fit for this position.
