I. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
DAO introduction
The Svara DAO is going to be a guild under the Near Protocol that would serve as a community of Indonesian musician and artists, traditional or modern, to expand the Near Protocol to reach the people who are interested in music. Our main intention is to gather similar interest people as a place to learn from each other, open the door to do collaborations, make a study group, and doing education and academic research of ethnomusicology and musicology in general that is not only be focused on music side, but also culture, tradition, making fusions with modern western music and implementing the whole stuff into web3 environment. Svara itself means “a breath”, “musical note” and “sound” in Sanskrit. We hope that this DAO would bring a new breath as a fresh and unique DAO unlike any other that could develop into new creative NFT projects and collaborations. We also hope that this DAO could bring new colour into NEAR Blockchain ecosystem to produce creative and out of the box NFT products.

Entered into the nomination for the Indonesian Music Award next year 2024 (due to release in June 2023). And if winning it is a great achievement for us Svara DAO, Musik Bagus and Creatives DAO.

II. PROPOSAL
[PROPOSAL] Project 1 CREATIVES Music Bloc by Svara DAO for November 2023
We will take it to the next level of offline event to increase the growth and members of SvaraDAO, with offline event we can reach more people and introduce the crowd to the Near ecosystem a lot more and we are open for new ideas to develop with our councils.
In October we plan to hold an offline showcase entitled Step Up The Game: EQUAL from one of the rising female rappers in Indonesia, CĂ©cil and also promote an album from SVARA.
This event, which was held on November 11 2023, gathered all musicians from all over Jakarta to build more experience and members about creativity in the NEAR Ecosystem.
And we also collaborate with Arkana from the Paras team to onboard visitors to the Near Ecosystem

Releasing a special edition EP album on web3 refers to making our music available on a decentralized platform that utilizes Near technology. This can provide unique benefits such as increased transparency, security, and direct interaction with the community.
For this occasion, CĂ©cil will release a web3 edition of the EP album, after the web2 edition of the EP will be released in August 2023. And CĂ©cil will prepare a rare Music NFT which will be released musicfeast.io

This is the next step from the SVARA album and part of the promotion, after the first single “Jay Yen - Tank” within 3 days of the music video release it got 2.4K viewers and is still increasing until today around 3K viewers on our Youtube Channel.
And succeeded in getting ELSAVAJE & Bengkel Cafe to collaborate to be our sponsors in the music video for our first single, we also succeeded in bringing in a boxing legend from Indonesia, named Chris John

We are planning to make a music video for our 2nd single Kojek - Ngopi, Because this song has the potential to become a popular hit, we will invite the cooperation of the head of radio music directors in Indonesia, named Zaun from Bens Radio, hotfm976
And musik bagus as a music label will continue to help promote our work on Indonesian radio
