I. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
DAO introduction
The Svara DAO is going to be a guild under the Near Protocol that would serve as a community of Indonesian musician and artists, traditional or modern, to expand the Near Protocol to reach the people who are interested in music. Our main intention is to gather similar interest people as a place to learn from each other, open the door to do collaborations, make a study group, and doing education and academic research of ethnomusicology and musicology in general that is not only be focused on music side, but also culture, tradition, making fusions with modern western music and implementing the whole stuff into web3 environment. Svara itself means “a breath”, “musical note” and “sound” in Sanskrit. We hope that this DAO would bring a new breath as a fresh and unique DAO unlike any other that could develop into new creative NFT projects and collaborations. We also hope that this DAO could bring new colour into NEAR Blockchain ecosystem to produce creative and out of the box NFT products.

II. PROPOSAL
[PROPOSAL] Project 1 Sports and entertainment EST Boxing Day January 2024
Description
Svara DAO will hold a boxing tournament on Saturday January 27, 2024. Boxing tournaments has the benefit of both encouraging better health, as well as introducing the concept of controlled aggression. Apart from exceptional health benefits, sports like boxing have the ability to provide an outlet for people to channel their focus into honing a skill. An example of such has been Indonesia’s police department hosting boxing tournaments with an aim to reduce brutality in the streets (eg. Kapolda).
We work together with El Salvaje Boxing Center (est 2022), was founded on the vision of providing an avenue for admirers of the sweet science where they can receive proper training from professional coaches. From national bouts (BYON, HolyWings), to international mega fights that date back to Muhammad Ali’s era, citizens of this world are again hooked upon the glitz and glamour of boxing & combat sports. El Salvaje is excited to bring about an opportunity for amateur athletes to showcase their skills and talents in an underground boxing tournament with complete media coverage
What is EST Boxing Day?
EST Boxing Day or El Salvaje Tangerang Boxing Day is an underground boxing tournament between amateur boxing athletes which will be held in El Salvaje Boxing Center, Citra Raya, Tangerang.
Plan 30 boxers and make 15 matches (And a maximum of 40 boxers with 20 matches)
With rules :
⦁ 3 x 2 minute rounds, 4 x 4 meter boxing ring
⦁ 46, 49, 52, 56, 60, 64, 69, 75, 81, 90, 100 kg weight classes
⦁ 12oz boxing gloves for fighters under 64kg, 14oz gloves for fighters over 64kg & 16oz gloves for fighters over 100kg weight class
EST Boxing Day is responsible for organizing and showcasing a boxing competition which allows further development of aspiring boxers. This consists of matchmaking, safety protocols, as well as photo-video documentation and live stream by

Not only will this event be the first boxing tournament held in Citra Raya, Tangerang
but it will also be the first boxing event that will be available to be watched everywhere via Youtube Live. Alongside boxing matches will be numerous festivities that include musical performances and rap battles by guest stars. El Salvaje’s media partners will ensure a seamless viewing experience every angle of the fighting day as well as pre-fight preparation, interviews & weigh-ins.
The mission in EST Boxing day shall be to enable coaches & athletes to obtain sustainable competitiveness while providing fight fans entertainment both at home and/or in their favorite venues. Most importantly, the responsibility of EST Boxing is to develop character, gain support and respect towards the sport of boxing.
And we also collaborate with arkana.gg from the Paras team and shard.dog to onboard visitors to the Near Ecosystem.

To be fit and healthy you need to be physically active. Regular physical activity can help protect you from serious diseases such as obesity, heart disease, cancer, mental illness, diabetes and arthritis. Riding your bicycle regularly is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of health problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
Cycling is a healthy, low-impact exercise that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from young children to older adults. It is also fun, cheap and good for the environment.
Riding to work or the shops is one of the most time-efficient ways to combine regular exercise with your everyday routine. An estimated one billion people ride bicycles every day – for transport, recreation and sport.
In February 2024 we plan to hold a mini bike community gathering at Il Garage, South Jakarta. Our goal is to gather cyclists in Jakarta and Bekasi. We will hold gathering activities to eat, drink, enjoy music from DJs and educational seminars about creativity and Near Ecosystem.
And we also collaborate with Arkana from the Paras team and shard.dog to direct visitors to the Near Ecosystem.

[PROPOSAL] Project 3 Shard.dog Remix Song Competition
Music is present in everyone’s life, from lively music festivals to keeping someone company on a quiet night, music will always be heard. Of course music doesn’t just appear, nor is it produced without an actual crew or team behind it. In fact, producing individual songs is probably one of the most laborious and enjoyable processes.
We first made an innovation, a remix song competition involving shard.dog, one of Near’s technological developments. Before taking part in the competition, participants must scan the barcode, then they can take an acapella from shard.dog and they are directed to join the Near community.
