3. Project Goals

3.0 which kind of project Nearity could cover ?

Media side, backoffice media production team, promoting media, infor-graphic producing require from ecosystem contributer, visualize/storytellize on ecosystem, top portal-performance funel media accquiring/brandawareness user, BOS-culture-building entity on NEAR

3.1 how should have a clear goal and target audience

  • keep old user to attract the onchain actions, do more transaction on ecosystem
  • Make more noise about BOS culture by our insight/education/metrics inforgraphics
  • Onboard and keep loyalty new users on the ecosystem
  • increase more and more transactions of NEAR & Aurora
  • become backoffice media production team on ecosystem, hosting AMA, educational graphics, visual graphics, metrics analystics inforgraphics
  • serve projects shoutout news, last update, updating performance from users habits, and features of projects new pilot-release

3.2 which/how should bring improvements to metrics MKTDAO October’s funding round mention?

  • onboard new users to the ecosystem through shilling campaigns, educating project side on ecosystem and thirdpart social platform
  • Support new user from another ecosystem to have new near wallet and do fist onchain-actions(40 new users, and have 200 onchain transactions from them)
  • Increase 1500 - 2000 onchain-actions in a month with the use of our Ecosystem dApps through whole of our campaigns(doing survey by comfirmed projects, host the contest campaigns that users attracted and require sharing the onchain evidences from user on twitter/telegram…)
  • Support projects on ecosystem by backoffice team in educating campaign, inforgraphics, Publi
  • show out and contributing viral updates from ecosystem and plagship projects
  • will be doing more and more AMAs or Community Calls, and trying to onboard new users to the ecosystem
  • upcoming in November we are have onboarding 1 BOS/Rust developer to develop/contribute/inovate BOS cultures

evidence from projects review about Nearity activities

Base on feedback of the project about Nearity, nearity also express countinue to promote for projects. And when the end of project, we will need the fill the form of owner of project, for confirmed the onchain activities duration time that Nearity serve and promote for projects.
Some specific kpi metrics, that need project confirm in this activities:

  • top funel : new member join social(twitter, telegram, discord)

  • total onchain activities metrics: number of user active on dapp(the metric shoud be also confirmed by projects)

  • Increasing numbers of Tools, dApps on BOS, Increasing numbers of active Developers → educated post inforgraphics, shill post to onboard new BOS developer, → we are hiring location and fulltime BOS/Rust developer to develop BOS culture on NEAR

  • Increasing the number of people educated about NDC governance, BOS and active projects in the ecosystem → educated post inforgraphics, space about NDC, BOS culture development

  • Data analytics last update: 25 - 30 update last performance flagship protocol/event/campaign of Near Foundation
  • Twitter: 10 - 15 advanced / Infographics for flagship project on NEAR
  • Shilling/Report & introduction Megathread: 1 Threads
  • Graphics design: brainstorm idea 2 - 4 unique graphics for per project
  • shout out and news, announcing new of project (unlimitted retweet, require ping post) up to each project we often receive the number of shout out about 5 - 10 news per mont. Total subtask shoutout news
  • highlight graphics, featured summary project: 2 - 3 task each project
  • giveaway…
  • shilling, reaware project on all of our social
  • publish material of graphics, or guest post to our when site, when project have demand
    Each AMA we will prepare script and discuss with partner the script, design graphics, host the prepare question form community, announce the winners, keep user active our channels.

  • 240k - 250k impression per month(~62k impression per week)
  • Expected/Targeting rate of active on-chain : each 300 impression have 3 - 5 onchain action ~ 800 - 2000 on-chain actions per month
  • Expected/Targeting Number of accounts retained for 1+ week using at least three dApps : Each 200 onchain actions have 5 - 10 user: 20 - 25 users have 1+ week using at least three dApp
  • expected cost per transaction: 2800/2000txs = 1,4$
  • Cost per impression: 2800$/250k = 0,012$ per imperession.

Those estimated metrics base on experience of Nearity in for 3 year on ecosystem, this is not exactly numbers in media side, and top-funels media, Nearity also express to hear more about community/councils/advisor about how to innovating more effectively our top-layer-funels measured.

Hi @nearity thanks for the proposal and updating it to include the MDAO October guidelines. I think you’ve laid a very thorough proposal, and you have addressed all the key points that we are asking proposers to supply during this review period.

In the past, I know that the MarketingDAO council has really pushed back on your project’s activities and asked for changes, updates and responses to a lot of questions. I want to note that you are always aiming to answer the questions, you take feedback and you are asking in this proposal for help from the community to refine and improve top of funnel metrics capture.

You have also reduced scope and funding request amount in the past to accommodate the new funding cap and work collaboratively with the MarketingDAO to achieve a mutual result.

In looking at recent content, I think you’re providing valuable short-form updates and helping to keep ecosystem dApps visible with a steady drumbeat of mentions across your channels.

One question for you: I was looking at your near.social page – is there a reason you do not cross-post or include the same updates there as you do Twitter? I’d recommend emphasizing or increasing content on near.social going forward to help further ecosystem goals towards on-chain activity.

Dear Marketing (Eco) DAO contributor, your application was approved by Marketing (Ecosystem) DAO. The approved proposal included in October’s request to NDC Trust.

Please advise that during this transition period (NDC v0-v1), the following applications’ approval procedure:

  1. :green_circle: October 21 - 25th time for proposals from the Community, updates accordingly to NDC Metrics;
  2. :green_circle: October 26 reviewing by MDAO councils, approval on governance forum, and creation post-request to NDC (House of Merit , CoA, NDC trust);
  3. :yellow_circle: October 27-31st, House of Merit (HOM) will review your proposal;
  4. :red_circle: October 31 – HOM will vote for your proposal on-chain;
  5. :red_circle: November 1, in case of successful approval by HOM, HOM will pass the request to COA to vote on-chain;
  6. :red_circle: November 2nd-6th – CoA will review your proposal and vote on-chain (can veto);
  7. Once the CoA gives its approval, the NDC Trustees will carry out the transaction, provided that the expenses align with the Trust’s objectives;
