Meta Pool is one of the most recognized Liquid Staking Multichain protocols in the NEAR ecosystem. The Meta Pool DAO grows day by day, generating programs that provide value and help for the community, such as its Grants, Ambassadors, and the vote-to-earn system.
Category Purpose This category is intended for discussions, talks, promotions, and reports related to the products and programs offered by Meta Pool. In line with our transparency policy, the Meta Pool DAO requires that all current and future incentive programs—such as Ambassador programs, Grants, etc.—use this category as the sole method for reporting their activities and progress funded by the community.
Current Reporting PracticesReports in Meta Pool are almost daily, currently using the Ecosystem category, described as “For discussion of projects in the NEAR ecosystem and the ecosystem itself.” We believe this category is not suitable for prioritizing the transparency policy of our DAO. Hence, we request a separate category so that users can quickly find and differentiate the reports of activities carried out by individuals funded by the DAO. These daily reports also dilute the theme of “ecosystem.” From an organizational perspective, it is not appropriate to send final reports with only a “Meta Pool” tag to distinguish them from the rest.

Rationale for a Separate Category Given the importance of supporting our transparency policy, the large number of relevant topics, and Meta Pool’s significance within the NEAR Ecosystem, we believe it is a fair request to have our own category.
