Week 1
Still working with proposals.
Have been found something weird.
Instead of approve funding (social media) in Marketing DAO, guilds were offered to work with Flying Rhino. I asked my 8 questions and still waiting for response.
Looks like Flying Rhino is an internal NF project. Leadership used to work with @Ozymandius
List of all projects and prices are hidden. I understand, NF wants to promote some projects and Guilds, but it should be transparent system with equal access to Near community, because active communication will be one of criteria in new tiering system.
Itâs kind of discrimination. Some guilds and members that already work with Flying Rhino definitely have better communications in social media.
I think, Flying Rhino should work directly with guilds and community members @Grace @jlwaugh @David_NEAR

As for reporting on [APPROVED] @nearambassador Twitter Channel, it is worth saying that we did not make a progress report as we decided not to continue project activities. Perhaps this was not correct and it would be worth submitting the final report. If it is worth doing this, then please let me know, and I will summarize the results of our activity.

Week 2
Good evening everyone. I just started work with new version of Marketing DAO guild
What I want to improve-
1)Timing. Itâs very important to get approval from Marketing DAO on-time, especially if you have partners, or itâs only one source of your income;
2)Feedback, another one pivotal point. Marketing DAO has internal not-recorded weekly calls. But even they will be open for public, anyway community members donât have enough time to watching them, translate onto native language. I propose for councils, writing briefly comments on the forum⊠Yes, approved, because or No, because.
3)Probably, need to add new statuses for proposals [Closed] , [Delay, reason, since %date], etc. Still thinking about it.
4)Form of reports. Want to include some parts. Still thinking.

Well done with the work youâre doing Sir.
Why does it take the Marketing DAO long time to either approve a proposal or close it? Is it that there are too many proposals to attend to? âŠand if its due too many proposals, shouldnât more hands be added to the council members?
I asked those questions because from your reports for weeks now, there are so many proposals that arenât attended to. I feel if the marketing DAO doesnât deem a proposal fit for approval, it should be closed or the one who wrote the proposal be asked to go back and come with something better.

Hey! Do note that the MarketingDAO have just been on holidays, so expect BAU from this week.
@Dacha is working on developing an SLA which the Council will adhere to.
You can tag the MarketingDAO council directly with @marketingdao-council, or drop us a DM through that same tag. This is the most efficient way of raising attention.

Week 3 draft
I helped with onboarding in two new guilds (disclaimer: Iâm not response for guilds contents).

Thinking about implementing new tiering system in Marketing DAO:
- 3/6/12 month funding with https://www.roke.to/ service for proven community members and guilds, determine fair united prices for ssm.
- ⊠collecting information about Flying Rhino guild, to provide better service from Marketing DAO. These guys overcharge for their services, NF (Ecosystem Dev DAO), who pays for their service discriminates OWS contributions and guilds which independently manage social media.
NF pays to Flying Rhino ~ $800 for a twitter account, OWS ~ $100 , Marketing DAO ~ $200 . Unfortunately, NF councils refused to give detailed information about Flying Rhino prices .

Hey @Dacha ! Can you explain to me how the DAO works ? Applications have been hanging for weeks, even months, and no one except @David_NEAR looks at them.
But there are exceptions that are handled very quickly . Is this for a rollback ?
