By this way, I’m sharing my second report related to my job done on Tenk Bay, that took place from January 15th to February 15th as Project Management and Community Management.
During this period, I’ve been able to get incorporated into my main duties, that are receiving NFT projects and locating them depending on its needs with the goal of having a successful launch and getting all the objectives. I mean, get a sold-out as soon as possible. As a second objective, I’ve been able to concrete two campaigns of marketing (twitter and tiktok), focused on making the Tenk Bay platform more known and making it not only an incubator but an advertising medium where the NFT projects can also been promoted and seen by more and more users interested in the topic.
To resume the month, I’ll start mentioning the projects I’ve gotten and successfully launched to keep going with the marketing campaigns, its status, and goals.
After this brief introduction, I’ll specify the job done this month and everything that it’s done.
Projects launched:
Duck Penguins: In this project, I only took care of taking the customer’s attention and look for the project got adapted to TenkBay politics, I explained them the way we work, which was accepted, and started the process to organize the launching, even with some issues that they got at the beginning with the way that the marketing campaign organization had, the project was a successful and its launching was pretty attractive and efficient.
Kokumo Kongz: This project was received by me, everything needed to start working with us was explained and it was a total success, it just had a few issues with the oddities’ classification of the Kongz but, even so, it was a 100% successful project.
Introduced projects and next to be launched:
Bullish bulls: It’s next to its launching and it’s a project that has a lot of potential, because it has a united community. At the moment when we spoke with the costumer, he got an explanation of how the work’s process is, I offered me to handle the marketing, but they specified that they already had everything on control, because of that, the only thing that left is to wait and help with its launching, which is going to be very soon.
Near wombats: A really entertained project that has as a main goal to make know the Australia fauna and, as a principal goal they search the preservation of this animal kind that it’s in extinction risk, they want to incorporate to its project a token and in some close future, a game based on factions of fighting wombat legions; I especially am taking this project from 0 and I’ve helped a lot with all the necessary guidelines that must be followed, for its project to be successful we’re coordinating and fine-tuning all the details related to its roadmap.
Near Brewmaster: A nice and fun project that bases its thematic on characters drinking beer, in addition to making a collection, they want to implement a game that is allusive to its main topic. It is a very interesting project, because we told our clients that a trend called cryptobeer is being generated in Venezuela, that could help them to expand their project to Latin American countries. Very soon we will meet with them to finish the topics of % and everything it has to do with the way of working.
Tenk bay’s marketing plan:
Thinking about the growth that TenkBay has had, a marketing campaign has been created to make their main Twitter and Discord channels bigger, through the creation of a “club” that gives the opportunity to belong to the coming whitelist of the next projects that are going to be launched. This club idea is to generate a belonging feeling of the users that currently are NFT’s holders launched to the market; in collaboration with TenkBay to get this goal, a campaign by Twitter and TikTok has been generated, which are going to be shown below…
Twitter’s marketing plan:
In this plan, the projects that are already launched to the market will be known, the goals that were succeeded and the steps that were followed to get the success on its collection; with this, we are looking to make a following to the projects that already had success; using the exemplification to duplicate the already gotten success and avoid the problems or adversities that could arise throughout the entire sale of the collection. In this campaign, it’s going to be a weekly event where all the experts will tell all their stories of how to successfully get the launching of the new projects and a monthly event, which will have several special guests, related to the projects already and successfully launched.

Collaboration to generate our TikTok channel:
The TikTok campaign is the previous work to be done on Twitter’s. This campaign’s idea is through short videos to generate expectation about the projects that are next to its launch; to this, we’ve arranged a collaboration with NFT Empire, who are going to make the videos of the next launchings and that are going to be used as a narrator to evaluate collections and specify the ones which have more impact on the Near’s ecosystem and the crypto coins. The idea of this space will also be given knowledge for all of those entrepreneurs who want to make a NFT collection from 0 and do not know what is required to be successful.
What I expect for this month:
Thanks to the fact that I already have much more experience getting projects, I have been able to observe first-hand how they should be treated to be launched. I hope to be able to participate more in that process and be able to increase the number of projects that the tenk platform launches on the market. On the other hand and more important, I want to concrete all the marketing campaigns that I proposed in order to prove how useful it will be for us to be able to advertise our projects on our own without the need for intermediaries, already with the person in charge of making videos and with the plan of both, monthly and weekly events, I am preparing to blow up the tenk bay social media and improve in a big way the current numbers.
