Hello NEAR and Tenk Team.
I started this month being a community manager and posting content on Twitter. However, due to the big development that Tenk has had and how fast we’ve moving on, it was decided to test a very complete marketing plan that takes all necessary to grow on social media as a company and community. Less than a week, I daily made tweets related to what’s been done in Tenk and how the NFT works on Near. Also, weekly events have been done, which must be organized to define what is the most efficient way to attract users and give content that audiences want; probably asking them using polls and quick questions through social media. A down I’ll show the main topic of a marketing plan that could be used to Tenk and will be discussed in the weekly meeting.
After being community manager, this month I dedicated to do onboarding and study a little bit of Tenk’s process to understand what’s missing by the time of supervise all the projects that get in and the projects that get out. Next, I will explain the most outstanding events and I will tell you my point of view on the most important thing that we must highlight from now on.

It’s finished with Wombats’ project. We’re waiting for schedule the launching and approved by %

The marketing plan was made in the strongest aspect, that stands out that there is no follow-up of the projects that are being successfully launched and just nobody can see through our social media; not even through our Discord what they’re doing. That is why an intelligent marketing and work strategy seems to me to demand weekly reports from the projects on how they are doing and what updates they have.

Dumplies Inc has been concreted. Very soon, this amazing project will be released. I helped with onboarding and, I gave them all the specifications that were missing to be able to work properly.

I had a participation on the onboarding of another interesting collection that very soon will be released: Kyara KIT.

I’m waiting for the confirmation of The Jungle, a project that comes from the solana network and here it seems to me something interesting to emphasize since it is an opening for the near and tenk network, since in their eyes, near looks like a blockchain where the opportunities are just beginning and the solana network, due to its overload and slowness, is falling behind then we should use some strategy to take more advantage of this despite the fact that we are aware that a large % of the projects we are receiving come from solana.

Because of time and lack of resources, we were not able to work with a project whose plan was to establish a story and, step by step, as time passes, develop it depending on what the community decided.

A victory this month thanks to Iotha for taking the time, was to define the steps to do Onboarding in Tenk and I think this will bring many benefits by the time we select the projects that will get in development. Those that cannot do it now will be because they are missing something and the projects that simply do not have the requirements to work in Near or Tenk Bay. Processes are easier to understand and because of this, a lot of progress will be made regarding the reception of projects. And we will have much more projects per week to be launched of the best way.
Next if approved: I would like to at least onboard 15 new projects for this month, and seeing that it is such a great need, I would like to be in charge of collecting weekly information on all the projects that are in the process of being launched and those that have already been launched, in order, as I said above, to prevent projects that have already been launched from being forgotten.
