Hello community, in January, I executed tasks both as Education lead and council to ensure the smooth running of our DAO and education projects.
As Council:
•Attended all 4 council meetings
•Attended 4 community weekly meetings.
•Set our priorities for February(in terms of funding)
• Drafted our February funding proposal.
•Attended 1 meeting with the HOM to evaluate our proposal.
• Adjusted and published proposal based on feedback from HOM.
• Handled DAO financial operations (onchain proposals, swaps, transfers, retroactive bounty request collection)
•Evaluated departments proposals (marketing, tech)
• Attended 1 one -on -one meetings with DAO members to access their project ideas(Jane/Emmy)
As education lead
•Attendee 4 weekly education meeting (general)
• Attended at least 12 unofficial education core team sync with @krik
•Attended 2 meetings with Jutsu team to discuss collaboration details.
•Drafted Education partnership proposals for Shefi and Jutsu.AI
•Atteded 1 meeting with jutsu operations lead (Kay) to discuss timelines, marketing (design) and events plan.
• Attended 1 meeting with Meteor wallet to discuss partnership for seamless onboarding ( @Aescobar)
•Coordinated Our BOS/ Open web workshop with Build DAO( with great help from krik)
• Collected DAO most frequently asked questions to direct content for Near 101 classes.
•Coordinated Near 101 classes with Discover BOS.
•Contributed and supervised the first draft of our education course curriculum with Souhila as the main contributor.
• Revised and finalised event banners and graphics for education project.
• Contributed to organising our Eth Denver event with Jutsu (Full stack femmes meetup)
•Assisted in developing questions for She is Near Eth Denver panel with Sarah and Kay.
On Community:
1.Reach out to 3 communities to discuss community onboarding and integration.
•With 1 successful Borderless.cryptosmartnow.io
•1 in progress Web3-verse.io
- Assisted in community moderation.
- Engaged in one on one calls with New DAO members to help them find their feet.
- Created and coordinated design bounties for community activation and engagement.
