January report.

Project Name : She is Near DAO

Introduction :
In January, our inaugural month, our focus was on establishing a robust foundation and fostering educational partnerships with esteemed communities to optimise success as well as community activation and onboarding. We aimed to provide accessible educational resources and opportunities for enthusiasts, technical and non technical women interested in blockchain and decentralised technologies.

EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS FORMED

1. Formed a partnership with Jutsu.AI for a full-developer education cohort for an indept 2 months training.

2. Established a global crypto/AI educational sponsorship collaboration with Shefi that positions to educate our DAO members, reach new audience, network, and onboard women from broader communities

3. Formed a Near basics educational partnership with Discover BOS.

4. Formed a BOS/OPEN WEB basics educational partnership with Build DAO.

PROJECT EXECUTED:

1. BOS Workshop with Build DAO and Discover BOS: An introductory class tailored for web2 developers who joined our community.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Near101 Classes with Discover BOS: (pre recorded, twice a week) Delivered 5 classes covering crypto and blockchain, the Near blockchain, BOS, multi-chain composability, and chain abstraction for all our community members.

ONBOARDING

1. Onboarded B<>rder/ess tech community into our DAO.
   They are a community that is focused on raising and onboarding under 30 web2 developers from Universities and other communities into Web3.

2. Additionally onboarded 7 women through the BOS/open web workshop.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:
1.Created and shared contents for all projects.
2. Engaged in community bounties and tasks for activation.
3. Grew the DAO social media presence
