[REPORT] muti DAO February Marketing Report

Project Name: muti DAO Marketing support February

Project Status: In Progress

Project Accounting: muti.sputnik-dao.near

Updated Project Timeline: The infos and metrics in this report are from the period of time in between the 29th of January and the 26th of February.

Highlights:

We launched our website! (http://muticollective.org/) In there is all the information about muti, links to all of our platforms and NEAR, event calendar, artist features and contacts. We’re looking forward working with Minting Music to add a web3 integration in the next months.

We were hosted on Next Creators Podcast where we had the pleasure of talking about how muti was born, the way we go about supporting and providing funds to creatives and the connection between art, creativity and web3.

We joined Tamago Stream and started to put together a playlist with music created by the artists we have been working with / support.

We’ve worked together with the MarmaJ Foundation to create some NFTs through custom function calls for a good cause, which have sold quite well (and hopefully keep on doing so to support #maksimourhero).

Flying Rhino keeps on retweeting our tweets and promoting and we hope that eventually this will push the NFT sales as well. We also have been invited for an interview and an AMA whose date is yet to be confirmed.

Metrics: (goal: 8 new followers per week for IG and Twitter, 5 new followers per week for FB and Youtube)

Instagram: The IG page just keeps on growing smoothly. In the past 28 days we gained 55 new followers (+/- 13,7 per week) reaching the goal once again and having a total of 534 followers. We kept posting the same amount of content as last month (4/5 posts per week + several stories everyday) and, even though we had a smaller reach this month, our account interaction went up by 2,8%.

IG STATS

Twitter: We posted 65 Tweets, which gives about 2-3 Tweets per day and gained 66 followers and more than 6000 page visits in the month of February. With 387 followers at the moment we reached our goal (reaching 360 followers).

TG: The group grew to 117 members (goal was 115), we shared news and new options for collaborations, onboarded and welcomed new artists and creatives that are interested in web3 and NEAR.

Facebook: This month we only created one Facebook ad for our page and this clearly made a difference on our numbers. We did reach the followers goal gaining 26 new followers (+/- 6.5 per week) but all of our other numbers went down compared to the previous month. Despite this, we’re pleased that we were able to reach our goal using just one ad while last month we had to create 4 of them.

We also scheduled the following ads (only a few days ago as we wanted to wait for the website to be promoted; stats will be listed in the next report):

22,64 USD - subscribe to Youtube

11,1 USD general follow us on fb for future events

18,87 USD new website

13,32 USD Instagram ad & links to website

Youtube: We were very very close to reaching our goal of 5 subscribers/week this month having gained 18 new ones (4,5 per week) and having a current total of 41 subscribers. The number of views and time spent watching also increased. We only uploaded 3 out of the 5 videos this month because two of our music streams were DJ sets and we cannot upload that content due to the copyright policy of Youtube.

Website: http://muticollective.org/

Learnings: We noticed our Mintbase store has received more visits but we only sold 3 NFTs during February in our own store, 1 in the NxM store and 15 in the MarmaJ cards store for the #maksimourhero event. This shows that the increase in content related to the NFTs and the store is working, so we will keep the same strategy as last month and continue to use our strongest channels to promote it. This also applies for the Youtube channel where, as mentioned before, all of our numbers went up as well.

Next Steps: For this next month our main focus will be promoting our recently launched website, the Tamago playlist and the Youtube channel due to the fact that it’s the only platform where we did not reach the proposed goal.

We have been in contact with the team of NEARhub and from March on we will use our own NEARhub space instead of Cryptovoxels. We are very excited and are looking forward to the 2 streams that will happen there!

We’re also planning to use our social media platforms to engage more with our audience in order to know what they would like to see from muti, content wise and artists wise.

Btw if Marketing DAO has any insides/tips on how best to use the FB/IG ads and target audience, we’d be happy to connect

Thank you! :purple_heart: :yellow_heart:
