Update: We created a campaign of 100 links to onboard new members. In June, 19 links were used through our activities, onboarded members were taken care of on TG and we did several personal calls (3 so far) to help with transferring from NEAR to Binance and how to do P2P trading.
The remaining will be used as a linkdrop bank for onboarding in the future activities

Report:
The competition went very well with the promotion of NFT NEAR Việt Nam and NEAR Việt Nam Official. We welcome new comers from NFT NEAR Việt Nam to VN Artists DAO and helped them with Minting NFT to participate in the event. This collaboration not only helped us in promoting our image in Vietnamese community but also kick-off some proposals to form a bigger hub from our existing DAOs in Vietnam to collaborate with each other.

This collaboration consists of 2 part:
- A bounty part to encourage online participation with writing submission being collect and minted on Mintbase.
- An offline workshop to onboard new members, instruct them how to mint an NFT directly after doing a craft workshop by making bookmarks from Vietnamese “do” traditional paper. Those bookmarks will also consists of winners’ sentences in the online bounty.
On bounty: Collected 29 writings about a meaningful quote, with the participation of members from different DAOs/guilds. 10 winners chosen.
On workshop: Hosted a workhop in Ha Noi, Vietnam, with the participation of 15 people. The workshop introduced VN Artists DAO to the north of Vietnam and an occation for us to meet in person with members in the north. The workshop went successfully with amazing bonding between members. In the frame of 3 hours, we introduced VAD and its activities, made bookmarks with participants & showed the way to mint an NFT.
The workshop has been sponsored to be promoted for free on Ybox.vn - a high-quality opportunity channel for youth in Vietnam.

Report: This collaboration consists of 2 part: an online workshop in Vietnamese to introduce 3XR to members of VN Artists DAO and a follow-up bounty to encourage everyone to create 3D gallery on 3XR.
About online workshop: We did hosted a successful workshop on Zoom online with the participation of 11 members, among them there were 4 brand new comers who get invited by friends. Therefore, we demonstrate every steps from create a wallet using linkdrop to create a 3D gallery on 3XR in that workshop for new comers to follow.

About follow up bounty: A bounty was ran on fourm to receive entries from all community members. 16 galleries were minted and among them many consists of original artworks from artists. The process was consulted and winners were chosen by 3XR DAO councils.

There were 424 NFTs minted (was 240 NFTs on last report of May) on our Mintbase Store since establishment. Among those minted during June activities, 3 featuring artworks of the month were voted by DAO members who completed simple verification.

Highlights:
- 76 members on Telegram so far (passed last month target) (19 people onboarded through activities & taken care with Binance using, 7 from other source)
- 424 NFTs minted/56 minters (Last month: 240 NFTs minted/27 minters on Mintbase store)
- 2 community calls made with the strong bond of 4-8 members
- 2 workshop (1 online - 1 offline) successfully organized
- 3 collaboration events with other DAOs/guilds (Writer’s Guild, 3XR DAO, NFT NEAR Việt Nam)
Learnings:
- We feel the onboarding process is not really smooth with too many labour envolve. The solution for this is educational material, which we’ll focus on as council work of next month.
- Competitions/bounties with rewards play important role in maintaining activities for members, however they don’t really attract new users as we thought. We should reduce the number of bounties to focus resource on onboarding activities more.
- We openned another sub-DAO called CFC VN Artists DAO dedicated for cfc receive from 3XR and to test other cfc. Some experience for other DAOs if you want to connect with 3XR website as a gate for users to propose their proposal to your DAO:

- Mintbase Store can be owned by any wallet, not necessary your sputnik DAO address, however, you need to add your DAO address as a minter on Store.
