  • We expanded our communication channels to YouTube and Facebook, the feedback so far has been amazing

  • The video tutorials produced to our YouTube channel, in partnership with CUDO DAO, were a major success and promoted engagement in our activities by artists and enthusiasts who were not used to the NEAR environment. The videos were important to increase the visibility of our different channels and also the NEAR ecosystem. A good example of that is the fact that, besides the homepage, the “FAQ and Tutorial” page in our website was the most accessed, with 197 views by 132 different users

  • Once again, Instagram’s promotional tool has proven to be very efficient in boosting the number of people interacting with our social media channels. We developed 1 promotion to boost the visibility of our IG account, which generated 627 visits to our profile

  • We developed 2 promotions to boost the visibility of our initiatives: 1 to promote our January Seminar, generating 135 clicks on our webpage; and 1 to promote the 3rd edition of our Artist Stipend Program, generating 560 clicks on the open call page on NEAR Forum. Both activities were a major success, being very important to promote the visibility of our networks and NEAR ecosystem: the seminar had 68 subscribers and more than 20 attendees; the open call page on NEAR Forum had 1.3k views and we had 22 applicants, more than the 1st and the 2nd open calls together

  • We also developed 2 promotions to boost the visibility of our Mintbase Store. Together, they resulted in 91 interactions with our store so far

  • On Twitter, we developed 2 promotions to boost the visibility of our Artist Stipend Program in Angola and Mozambique (1 day each). Together, they were displayed for more than 6k users in both countries

  • It was amazing to see the NEAR community supporting and interacting with our initiatives. We spread airdrops for the January Seminar participants and launched 2 bounties to promote engagement in our new channels [link 1, link 2], around 40 community members were rewarded and the impact on our social media channels were quick

  • We already invited three researchers to write texts to our website: Leonardo Gonçalves, Potira Maia and KĂŞnia Freitas. The first text by Leonardo Gonçalves is now published


  • Goal: two to three posts per week on Instagram + several stories, going from 493 to 593 followers and growing around 20%. This goal was totally achieved and Incubaddora’s IG has become the channel with more followers. In the last 30 days, we reached 912 followers, growing around 66%. Here are some more details:

  • Goal: two to three posts per week on Facebook + several stories, going from 10 to 50 followers and growing around 400%. This goal was totally achieved. we now have 83 followers, a growth of 833%. Here are some more details:

  • Goal: two to five tweets per week on Twitter + 1 retweet per day, going from 550 to 600 followers and growing around 10%. This goal was totally achieved and we now have 628 followers. The impacts of our Retweet and Share Bounty were incredibly positive. Here are more details:

  • Goal: grow the number of members on our Telegram Group Chat, going from 74 to 85 members and growing around 15%. This goal was totally achieved and now we have 95 members in our group. This channel was crucial to support the participants in our seminar and stipend

  • Goal: build up a Youtube channel with Incubadora’s video content, reaching 15 subscribers in the first month. This goal was fully achieved. We reached 17 subscribers. Besides that, it matters to highlight that we had 281 views on our videos and the content here was really useful for the participants in our initiatives

  • Goal: build up the daily traffic of our website, going from 112 to 150 visitors per month. This goal was fully achieved. We reached 633 visits by 445 users

  • Twitter promotional tools are way too expensive compared to Instagram’s. “Tweet and share” bounties [link 1, link 2] were definitely more efficient in building up engagement in this social media

  • Expanding our channels was really important. The greater the reach of social networks, the greater the adhesion of our activities. Our growing visibility in social media made us have twice as many attendees in our seminar compared to last month. We are really happy to count on Marketing DAO support and we are delighted to see our community grow

Next Steps:

  • Publishing the next researcher text on our website in order to bring more audience to the web 3.0 environment

  • Organizing and communicating the next round of our monthly seminar and increasing the interactions with the NEAR ecosystem

  • Announcing the winners of our #02 Artist Stipend Program

  • Preparing new video projects to feature our channels and make Incubadora’s initiatives more attractive to people outside the web 3.0 environment
