Updated Project Timeline:

Postal - Urban Photographic Project

  • After the open call, we received photos from 3 photographers from different cities (Curitiba - BR, Belo Horizonte - BR, Lisbon - PT). Some photos are already available at our Mint base and will start being posted on our Instagram page one per day.

  • At the end of September, we will invite the photographers to a live open session on our Youtube Channel to talk about the photos and the experience of each one doing a project within the nearby ecosystem. At this event, we will create portfolios for our audience.

  • We will launch a new open call for 3 new photographers in the second week of September.

  • Through this project we have created 3 new wallets: lenonreis.near, thiago7hc.near, biankbraun.near and we hope to create 15 more in our Live.

VĂ©rtebra - Ilustration Project

  • After the open call, 2 illustrators joined us and are helping us create 30 works of art. Some illustrations are already available in our mintbase.

  • All these artworks will be published one per day on the project’s instagram starting September 1st. Specialy for this project we created a new Instagram page.

  • Through this project, we have created 1 new wallet: saramosli.near.

Algo me diz:

  • We have concluded the filming of the 4 tourist spots that will be featured on our youtube channel and our Instagram page throughout the month of September: Rossio, Praça do ComĂ©rcio, Magoito, Parque das Nações.

  • For the month of September, the project will feature scripts written by one of the writers of the Incubadora DAO @frnvpr.

  • The first video of the series will be posted on September 3, and the others will be posted always on Fridays (3, 10, 17 and 24). On the same day, the NFT version will be made available on our Mint Base.

HistĂłria de Bagagem:

  • The Youtube Channel has already been created and has 25 subscribers and over 250 views.

  • The stories are already being posted weekly on our instagram page.

  • The filming for September are already scheduled with 5 new interviewees:

  • The new 5 videos will be posted on 27th september on our YouTube channel and posted weekly on our instagram page. Also on 27th all videos will be transformed into nft and made available on our mintbase.

Highlights:

  • Our council member Lucas has created designs for bounties opened by muti dao.

  • Our council member Heverton is also collaborating with a Planting Air until the end of September at Arroz Studios finishing his album.

  • Our council member Talita is also managing the social media from VR DAO.

  • We are in close contact with the Incubadora to create short videos about Poliedro to better publicize it on social media.

  • In September we will collaborate with muti dao on “cabeça na Lua” with our audiovisual knowledge.

  • We Launched of Instagram and YouTube Channel

  • We invited photographer Thiago Cunha to join our council to better manage our photography projects. This way, the “Postal Project” will be better managed and will explore more topics within the immigration theme. Also, now, the CUDO DAO has a member in Brazil helping us to explore more possibilities beyond Portugal.

  • 10 members on the TG group

  • 6 members on the Discord group

Learnings:

  • We are discussing how to consolidate these 4 projects to find a path for new projects. Our plan is to keep these projects running and start to elaborate new projects and create new possibilities of work for our community.

  • We had meetings with @frnvpr to learn more about the NEAR ecosystem, how to mint nft’s and how to manage our DAO and now we are ready to multiplicate this knowledge.

  • We’ve learned that the onboarding process is more effective once it is connected to an upcoming activity, bounty or project. People feel more motivated to understand the whole process.

  • We realized the importance of being present on twitter, as many of the other DAOs use it extensively, so we’ll create an account as soon as possible.

Next Steps:

  • Launching the new open calls for the Postal and Vertebra projects.

  • Launching the open calls for writers interested in contributing to our “Something Tells Me” project.

  • Shoot the new video portraits for "Baggage Story

  • Start posting Postal and Vertebra artwork on our Instagram.

  • We will define the visual identity of CUDO DAO and our current projects. To do this, we will hold open calls looking for designers in our community.

  • In the coming months, we will start with the creation of the CUDO DAO website to consolidate our productions on a single platform. This way we want to use our Discord channel less and concentrate on our other channels (TG, Instagram, Near Forum, YouTube)…

This link didn’t seem to work for me, but the Mintbase store looks awesome!

Haha yeah, almost all of the “crypto community” is on twitter, so it is a great place to reach out to people who are already in the crypto space and have them connect with the newcomers to the space that may already be in the Guild.

We want to increase the information here =)

Throughout the first days of September our instagram page was getting prettier with the Postal project posts (made, in these first ten days of the month by the amazing @biankbraun ) and the launch of the first “Algo me Diz” (which will get new episodes every Friday).

In another CUDO DAO project, we had great good news with the 14 sales of NFT’s (most are @SaraMosli 's artwork). So we got 2 amazing Instagram pages and a very charming and functional mintbase.

Now let’s post our September proposal to continue creating great things in this community.
