And $26k per month seem not reasonable at all when With $85k, I can set up an automate Customer Care system does all the listed job that required 2 devs to maintain it with little to no effort at all.
Donāt get me wrong, I am also used to be a mods for NF but there is a reason to disbanding Community Mods position.

And @DDeAlmeida, pls at least annouce the set up of this new DAO to the community or put some effort in marketing it on Twitter a little bit so the council recuirment can be open and transparency for other people to apply as well. Rather than closed call to NDC or HoM only. Seem very "cartelā style imo (sorry if this make you feel a bit negative vibe but I canāt find any words that can describe the opinion).
The Community Support/Mod team was let go. However, after consideration of what that decision would do in the immediate term for the community channels, NF informed that there was a decision to keep them on for a bit while they & NF figure out a transition to the community. For now, NDC should prepare a solution for the transition.
About announcing, House of Merit should approve the new DAO in NDC first and CoA doesnāt VETO it.
The community is free to self-organize and submit funding proposals to HoM.

Although, this make me kinda wondering the quality of work that House of Congress are outputing since its people has all sort of time to involve in non-efficiency actions. Is there any sort of docs to track the quality of work HoM,CoA and TC are outputing any ways? Thanks
