Hi community 
This is an educational project proposal around the creation and execution of a path to train developers and entrepreneurs, giving them the opportunity to develop and incubate dapps within the NEAR protocol. We think that this would help a lot to grow the ecosystem of tangible use cases that help reach more and more users.
Description: The Web 3 Startup Academy is a project purpose as a startup incubator intended to teach about creation of business models for web 3.0 based on DApps of NEAR Protocol.
This project take advantage of the NEAR Education fellowship programs as Entrepreneur-In-Residence and Developer-In-Residence to generate.
Duration: 6 months.

Deliverables
- Design of Entrepreneur in Residence Bootcamp.
- Marketing campaign focused on universities, developers and entrepreneurs as an invitation to the Web 3 startup academy.
- 3 monthly NEAR Certified Analyst bootcamps.
- 2 monthly NEAR Certified Developer bootcamps.
- 1 monthly NEAR Certified Entrepreneur bootcamp
- 1 NEAR Certified Instructors bootcamp every 6 months.
- Daily tracking session with fellowship students.
Project metrics ending 6 months:
- 450 NEAR Certified Analyst
- 240 NEAR Certified developers
- 90 NEAR Certified Entrepreneurs.
- 6 NEAR Certified Instructors.
- 3 showrooms YouTube events to show the dApp’s progress.
- 10 DApps launched on mainnet.
