Hi community 
this is a CloudMex educational proposal to have a Specialist Career from developers in NEAR Hispano community. We are very excited to be able to support furthering the developer specialty at NEAR.
Synopsis: Every NEAR Certified Developer becomes an essential part of the NEAR Ecosystem, in the long term is needed to document and specialize the knowledge that is being created with the NEAR Hispano community.
NEAR Certified Developers can become part of the Open Web Academy to expand and document their skills in their NEAR DApp development journey.
Description: The Open Web Academy is a virtual school to certify specialized developers for web 3.0 creating DApps of NEAR Protocol.
This project takes advantage of the NEAR Education fellowship programs as Entrepreneur-In-Residence and Developer-In-Residence.
We propose to design 4 new NEAR Certified Bootcamps: Entrepreneur, Game developer, Architect and Aurora developer. The main output of this project is highly specialized documentation created and shared with the NEAR community.
Duration: 6 months .

- Marketing campaign focused on universities, developers and entrepreneurs as an invitation to the Open Web academy.
- Open Web Academy website.
- Design of NEAR Certified Game Developer Bootcamp with the NEAR Hispano education team.
- Design of NEAR Certified Architect Bootcamp with the NEAR Hispano education team.
- Design of NEAR Certified Aurora Developer Bootcamp with the NEAR Hispano education team.
- 1 NEAR Certified Aurora Developer bootcamp per month.
- 1 NEAR Certified Entrepreneur bootcamp per month.
- 1 NEAR Certified Architect bootcamp per month.
- 1 NEAR Certified Game Developer bootcamp per month.
- Daily tracking session with fellowship students.
Project metrics ending 6 months :
- 225 NEAR Certified Aurora Developers.
- 75 NEAR Certified Architect.
- 75 NEAR Certified Entrepreneur.
- 60 NEAR Certified Game developers
- 20 medium articles of highly specialized topics about NEAR development.
