PROJECT TIMELINE:
Holding an exhibition on the Voxels metaverse at the FEMINU gallery on August 28 along with a debate on art and mental health with the invited artist, eusouaguerra.near.
Objective:
The purpose of this project is to bring sensitivity to a high level, making other people realize the importance of expressing and recognizing certain feelings, through art, creating awareness of the relevance of art in the sentimental and mental environment.
Justification:
Mental health issues are of great importance nowadays, and they raise a lot of interest in the Near community as well as from people outside the network, which will bring benefits for the entrance of new members by demonstrating that it is a topic valued within the Near community. In this context, the debate to be held in a Twitter Space will bring a lot of visibility to the exhibition and consequently to the dissemination of Near.
Many factors contribute to our mental and sentimental destabilization, such as pandemics, Internet, excessive work, among others, causing, in time, several damages to our physical health, which can even lead to death or suicide.
Art not only as a source of record of history, but also as a relief in difficult moments.

"Piroska Östlin, pointed out that “bringing art into people’s lives offers an additional dimension” of how physical and mental health can be improved.
The report looks at art activities that seek to promote health and prevent health problems, deal with and treat physical and mental problems, and support end-of-life care.
Östlin pointed out that the cases cited in the study “show ways in which the arts can address wicked or complex health challenges such as diabetes, obesity, and mental health problems.” The representative added that the arts consider “health and well-being in a broader social and community context and offer solutions that common medical practice has so far failed to address effectively.”
According to the study, from birth to the end of life, the arts can influence health in positive ways. As an example, the report says that young children with parents who read stories before bedtime rest more at night and have better concentration in school.

PROJECT TIMELINE:
Realização de uma exposição no metaverso Voxels, na galeria da FEMINU, no dia 28 de Agosto juntamente com um debate sobre arte e saúde mental com a artista convidada, eusouaguerra.near.
Objetivo: A intenção desse projeto é levar sensibilidade para um alto nível, fazendo com que as demais pessoas percebam a importância de expressar e reconhecer determinados sentimentos, por meio da arte, fazendo com que os espectadores criem consciência da relevância da arte no meio sentimental e mental.
Justificativa: Temas ligados à saúde mental são de grande importância na atualidade e que despertam bastante interesse na comunidade tanto da Near quanto de pessoas de fora da rede, o que trará benefícios para a entrada de novos membros ao se demonstrar que é um tema valorizado dentro da comunidade Near. Nesse contexto, o debate a ser realizado num Space do Twitter trará bastante visibilidade para a exposição e consequentemente para a divulgação da Near.
Muitos fatores contribuem para nossa desestabilização mental e sentimental, como por exemplo, pandemia, Internet, trabalho excessivo, entre outros, acarretando com o tempo, diversos malefícios em nossa saúde física podendo levar, inclusive, à morte ou ao suicídio.
Arte não somente como fonte de registro da história, mas também como um alívio em momentos difíceis.

“Piroska Östlin, apontou que "trazer arte para a vida das pessoas oferece uma dimensão adicional” de como é possível melhorar a saúde física e mental.
O relatório analisa atividades artísticas que buscam promover a saúde e prevenir problemas de saúde, lidar e tratar problemas físicos e mentais, além de apoiar os cuidados no final da vida.
Östlin apontou que os casos citados no estudo “mostram maneiras pelas quais as artes podem enfrentar desafios de saúde perversos ou complexos como diabetes, obesidade e problemas de saúde mental.” A representante acrescentou que as artes consideram a “saúde e o bem-estar num contexto social e comunitário mais amplo e oferecem soluções que a prática médica comum até agora não conseguiu abordar de maneira eficaz.”
De acordo com o estudo, desde o nascimento até o fim da vida, a arte pode influenciar a saúde de forma positiva. Como exemplo, o relatório diz que crianças pequenas com pais que leem histórias antes de dormir descansam mais durante a noite e têm melhor concentração na escola.
