Skills
I’ve got pretty good experience with marketing, product/project management, community management, social media strategies, partnership and collaborations, ideating GTMs, product marketing, leading team, and also copywriting blogs, threads, and product pages. I’m also familiar with some part of technology as I’ve worked closely with various technical teams on various products.
Involvement with NEAR
I’ve been pretty active in the space, and have pretty good connections with industry leaders and project founders.
I have been pretty closely working across the Aurora Ecosystem on various initiatives, but specifically — I have not been directly involved in the NEAR ecosystem. Tho, I did win the Hackathon hosted by NEAR Social.
However, I am eager to expand my horizons and leverage my knowledge and connections to foster collaboration.
Communities Representation
As I am based in India, I am eager to represent the Indian and South Asian communities.
Why am I a good candidate?
Having dedicated myself full-time to the web3 space for the past few years, I believe my entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience make me uniquely suited for this role.
I have successfully built thriving communities, launched innovative products, and developed valuable connections with industry thought leaders, project founders, and DAOs.
Additionally, my nearly year-long involvement in the Aurora Community has provided me with a deep understanding of regional communities, work structures, report and proposal comprehension, review processes, community budget ideation, and the creation of management guidelines for improved results.
Why you should vote for me?
I believe I can make a significant impact on the ecosystem. With my entrepreneurial mindset and the experience I’ve gained over the past few years, I am confident in my ability to drive growth and onboard more projects, users, and developers. My strategies will prioritize value-driven initiatives that bring the most benefit to the ecosystem, and I am committed to executing them in a timely manner while maintaining transparency.
Additionally, through my active involvement in the industry, I have established strong connections with industry leaders, project founders, and DAOs. These connections allow me to collaborate and create partnerships, bringing valuable resources and expertise to the regional communities I represent. And multidimensional skill sets enables me to approach challenges from different angles and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Strategy to Develop Regional Communities
I’m outlining a short idea of how i’d be approaching the initiatives –
Goals: Idea is to have better awareness, engagement, and loyalty and onboard in projects and users on the ecosystem.
Regional & Sub-Regional Guilds: Establishing regional and sub-regional guilds to foster better awareness, engagement, and loyalty, and to onboard projects and users into the ecosystem.
IRL Initiatives and Developments: Implementing in-person initiatives, workshops, collaborations, and developments to strengthen community bonds.
Focus on Value-Driven Budget Allocations: Ensuring budget allocations align with community-driven value, KPIs, and quantitative goals.
Educational Content Development: Focusing on creating value-driven, knowledge packed, educational content to empower community members, devs, users, and projects.
Collaborations with Educational Pioneers for Workshops and Learning-and-Building Experiences: Collaborating with educational pioneers, colleges, institutes, to provide workshops and hands-on experiences learning and building experience for the larger community.
Developer Onboarding Communities: Establishing communities focused on onboarding developers into the ecosystem.
and more such value-driven initiatives.
Commitment and Compensation:
I am open to committing 20-40 hours per month and am willing to consider reasonable compensation based on NEAR Ecosystem standards.
Potential Conflicts of Interest
Not sure if this is actual conflict, but I’ve been pretty active in the Aurora, and Polygon Ecosystem.
I’m super excited for this, and looking forward for y’all support. Thank you.
Regards,
Dinesh.
