Myself Mukul, sharing again here my ongoing journey with the NEAR community as a full-time moderator.
Along with following the routine handling work & solving regular queries as mentioned in my 1st weekly immersion report, I have now started a poll on https://www.reddit.com/r/nearprotocol on our NEAR Reddit community to make it more active like our other channels.

Looking forward to applying the following in the future 
- Providing a Badge/appreciation tag to most active community members.
- Highlighting on the website to secure/store passphrases. (Many people lost their tokens these days.)
- There must be a notification section on near channels for any type of suspensions by other blockchains, updates regarding NEAR workings, etc for easy query handling.
