Would you be able to list all the existing Working Groups and how this one is different?

Just a few that come to mind:

  • NDC Distribution WG
  • NDC Champions group
  • NDC Builders Group
  • NDC Community Hub
  • NDC Swarm WG

In general, I sense: little engagement from community with existing WGs, WG fatigue from the broader community as it is very hard to keep up with what is happening, the perception that this groups are being spun out for over reasons (either someone’s KPIs or as a grift to create more and more ‘governance’ positions - full time salaries when the need or value is not clear)
