- Developing a process to get the current sentiment around building on NEAR, accept ecosystem feedback & understanding areas to improve (NPS)
- Bi-Weekly projects syncs to stay on top of needs, keep up to date with progress, etc.

- Ecosystem map repo MVP is live and being actively contributed to/managed

- Ecosystem Success - NEAR Wiki
- This is a living document that will be refined
- Project lifecycle pipeline framework built out
- Onboarding 20 grantees the coming weeks, this will help drive the playbook and process
- Goal is 5/week
Challenges & Blockers:
- Handoff - getting random entities dumped without any structure or leading info
- ES Landing Page will cover our criteria & how to work with us in detail
- With the project lifecycle pipeline framework built out this should dwindle
- Locating and parsing information from disparate ecosystem data sources and NEARians with the institutional knowledge.
