NEAR community and friends, the Flying Rhino Guild is happy to have the need to request additional funding from the community DAO in order to hire two additional members of our Guild to operate according to the needs presented by the community, the frequency of social media content and aid we are providing and expect to, and to be able to serve the community in the most detailed and spot on way possible.
Currently, we have 6+ clients we are working with (and there are two of us haha):
Tier 1- Full time social media help and management
*Legal Guild
Tier 2- Weekly social media advising, content schedules and detailed plans sent weekly, original graphics and tweets sent weekly
*QSTN
*NEAR Week
Tier 3- Occasional or semi occasional social media help (for special events, launches, etc), can include any one time service from a twitter schedule to graphics to Tik Tok
*Dedeukwu

As you can see, the need is huge and we are only two people putting our all into growing our Guild. Since we work so closely and often with clients, we have not had the chance to grow our own presence or publish Medium blogs concerning social media- with the extra time we would gain with some help, this would likewise be possible.
The current job descriptions for our Guild are as follows:
Cate- Management, one on ones, Twitter content, initial social media documents for people,
-Overall management of the Guild and its social channels (Twitter, Medium

-Attending one on one consultations (set up by Ben via Telegram chat)
-Producing initial social media roadmap documents for clients after one on
one
-Producing all twitter content for clients in a timely manner
-Writing 1-2 Medium blogs per month
-Submitting monthly DAO proposal for continued funding, as well as monthly
Forum post to update the community
Ben- TIk Tok, Video content, one on one reply and scheduling
-Communicating with clients about Tik Tok or short video needs
-Producing initial Tik Tok/short video document proposal after initial
consultation
-Producing Tik Toks/short videos in a timely and scheduled manner directly
to the client
-Keeping up to date with client needs in the group chat
-Producing 1-2 Medium blogs per month on area of expertise (IDEALLY)
-Attending one on one consultations (set up by Ben via Telegram chat) when
at all possible
-Submitting monthly feedback from clients pertaining to videos

Our primary need is to hire a part time Guild member specialized in graphic design, and website design ideally, in order to maximize our clients visuals and creativity.
We would like to request additional funding of $1,380 dollars worth of NEAR per month, on top of baseline funding (as specified in the Warp Speed Guilds criteria), to hire and appropriately pay a third Guild member to be dedicated to graphic design, website design, and Medium blog creation. Requested time would be 10-15 hours per week from the individual in question, available for frequent communication, attending initial client consultations, communicating with clients pertaining to their specialty via the group chat on Telegram, and producing content in a timely and succinct manner.

Our secondary need is to hire a part time Guild member for the purpose of general upkeep, assistance, and client management. These responsibilities would include aiding in direct Twitter management of accounts under Guild leaders advising, assisting in video production, creating Medium blog posts on behalf of the Guild, and staying active on Flying Rhino Guild Twitter account. For this we also request an additional $1,380 in NEAR per month for 10-15 hours of work per week. They would likewise have to be available for frequent communication, attending initial client consultations, communicating with clients pertaining to their specialty via the group chat on Telegram, and producing content in a timely and succinct manner.

Ultimately, the goal of the Flying Rhino Guild leaders (Cate and Ben) is to designate responsibilities to more Guild members in order to dedicate up to 30 hours per week to helping directly with NEAR Protocol core team social media management, as requested of us DIRECTLY by NEAR core team members.
Our goal is to build out the NEAR community in every way possible, and expanding our availability to the community as well as the NEAR Protocol core team themselves would include this.
Since social media advising and management doesn’t every truly stop (social media is always going!), our new Guild members schedules would ideally be flexible. We would like to pay our new member an appropriate amount for their skillset and hours able to give to the Guild- therefore, we ask that applicants align with the ability to accept $1380 per month for payment.
