@yaniv suggested to create a TCR with events calendar in Token Curated Registry pattern.
NEAR also long time has been trying to open source it’s events process: https://github.com/nearprotocol/near-events and engage community more in this process.
Combining these two and Community Council might become a powerful:
- a TCR with events relevant to Open Web (not just crypto, but also DWeb, programming languages, etc)
- Community members can apply to participate in the event and for funding from Community Fund.
- There can be many other ways to engage later: create a temporary group for the event from community members which will receive funds and members would use it for event (e.g. temporary DAO based on telegram group).
