Ecosystem Success Weekly Update - 07/16/2021

Brief Summary:

    • Syncing with Jake Stutzman on this
  • Working out structure for ES team: mission/vision, OKR, onboarding, strategy
  • Bi-Weekly projects syncs to stay on top of needs, keep up to date with progress, etc.

Results:

  • Fleshing out an ES Landing Page - What we do, our mission/vision, how to work with us - aiming to get this officially shipped this week!
  • Got the ecosystem map repo set up (link). Schema revisions in progress. Seeding initial dataset.
    • Have a v1/MVP visual for priority rollout
    • Ultimate goal is to integrate this into an immersive app with project analytics
  • Unpacked onboarding experience w/ Cameron Dennis to optimize the onboarding for future ecosystem managers
    • aggregate resources regarding topics like org structure, active/past partnerships, protocol learning material, communication best practices, etc

Challenges & Blockers:

  • Website team is at max bandwidth coming up to website launch deadline
  • Ecosystem map technical decisions
    • data format, schema, optimizing for data entry (md) vs integration ease (json).
    • Website or immersive app?
  • Ramping up to effectively route inbound inquiries. Taking over existing partner relationships.
  • Locating and parsing information from disparate ecosystem data sources and NEARians with the institutional knowledge.

Action Items:
