- Developing a process to get the current sentiment around building on NEAR, accept ecosystem feedback & understanding areas to improve (NPS)
- Bi-Weekly projects syncs to stay on top of needs, keep up to date with progress, etc.
Results:
- Formal intro to 10 projects up to now that we are actively acting as POC
- Getting overall sentiment as part of onboarding process

- This is a living document that will be refined over time

Challenges & Blockers:
- Handoff - getting random entities dumped without any structure or leading info
- ES Landing Page will cover our criteria & how to work with us in detail
- Locating and parsing information from disparate ecosystem data sources and NEARians with the institutional knowledge.
