Creating a DAO outside of sputnik?

Hello,

I’m curious how I can create a Dao on Near protocol that’s not a part of sputnik and is capable of making its own child Dao like sputnik dao.
Im digging through the forums to see if anyone else has asked this or if its within education, sandbox categories etc

I havent! But i have been taking the holidays to be with family. Im back on track now and will find those. Thank you for the direction! and Happy New Year
