Would be great to see justification behind 5k NEAR, e.g. the timeline, expected number of hours, number of people that will be working on it, etc.

Is there some documentation on Collab.land <-> NEAR integration? WEB Wallet?
I would like to integrate Narwallets.com chrome-extension to Collab.land
A bespoke integration would probably take 3 weeks (approximately 40hrs total) with 2 developers working on it.
At Collab.Land, we have integrations with Moloch (James Young was a core dev for v1) and Aragon DAO (multiple templates). With SputnikV2 integration we hope to begin a DAO standardization process. We have started collaborating with David Roon from OpenLaw (https://www.openlaw.io) and have had initial discussions with Boardroom (http://boardroom.to).
Our goal is to deliver a bespoke implementation as soon as possible while working towards interoperability standards.
