In the above proposal, we requested $4,000 for Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space, which we agreed to take out $800 from our August Funding and $3,200 from our September Funding.
We thank the Community for seeing reasons with us why we should have an Audio-Visual Studio for our incoming Film Dramas and Radio Dramas. We acknowledge the Moderators go ahead too, and we are very grateful.
We took out our time (when the Proposal was approved) to search for the right apartment to rent, and immediately our funds came in, we made the necessary arrangements to make the part Payment and safeguard the space for Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space.
The building is situated at Ajah Axis of Lagos Island and it is a serene environment; to enable us produce our Film and Radio Drama NFTs without any form of disturbances.
Below is the receipt issued by the Landlord for initial payment, and it is agreed we would be allowed to move in once we have made the full payment this month. Meanwhile, the keys to the apartment are with us, according to the understanding we have with the Landlord and the Agent.
We will propose for the balance this month, and would kickstart our shooting in the location as soon as we have settled down in the apartment.
