[APPROVED] NDC Degens Sept

Hello @so608!

Thank you for your questions!

With the rewards in your budget, can you explain how these will be allocated to members/participants? I think we need to see more detail in how the $8K will be used in order to approve.

Due to the fact that we work on a limited budget, we have a system in which each participant receives a reward depending on his success in performing KPI’s.

Details: TLS (Tier LVL System)

In this regard, each reward is calculated individually, you can see how it was done here in our report for the test month:

Therefore, we can only indicate an approximate distribution of funds, but we will definitely make a transparent calculation of rewards in our report.

Do you anticipate requesting funding on a monthly basis? Note that we cannot guarantee funding in the same amount for future months. Because of that, it may be ideal to focus activities from the funding (if approved) on initiatives that deliver high “evergreen” or ongoing impact.

Yes, we would like to receive a monthly reward, but only if MDAO needs us. We have ideas for implementing Degens into a full-fledged hub for new users (from enthusiasts to developers), but we would like to publish this a little later, after the election.

We understand the limitations of the MDAO budget, so after the full launch of the NDC, we intend to apply for funding there. As soon as it becomes possible.

We really appreciate MDAO’s help and understand how difficult it is to get funding. Thank you for your efforts.

Do you have current metrics to show as a benchmark of what we might expect as a result from September activities if they’re funded? You mentioned an August report above. Can you link that here so we can review?
Sorry, I completely forgot about it. Ofc, here is our report for August, as well as the report for the test month.

Thank you
