Mantra
The mantra of the Ubuntu Photography Fellowship is to convey stories of Human meaning and virtue through pleasurable aesthetics for human enjoyment. Photography is a great tool of communication and a whole lot is usually said in photographs. We believe in using such aesthetic in photography to contribute to the needed healing in the world and an addition to the overall perception of the beauty that is in the world

Goals and Objectives
To create a global conclave of creative photographers and photoartists who leverage the power of community to support each other in Web3 and build a reputation in the process while selling their creative work as NFTs and enjoying the numerous benefits of the web3 space while also sticking the fellowship’s creative theme and mantra that revolves around humanity, oneness, unity, and resonance. At the helm of achievement, we would have published a website titled observations.com where the community can upload their creative photographs and tell stories of humanity with it from all perspectives possible: family, society, interactions, mood, emotions, desire, etc. And to have a thriving community laden on the reputation of in-house established NFT Photoartists with a solid reputation and a distinct niche within the Web 3 space

Decentralization
We currently have 3 councils and some contributors on our Astro, for the sake that we are just growing our community we would be onboarding more members as soon they become conversant with the NEAR ecosystem and technology

We have carried out awareness campaigns locally while also engaging the enthusiasts we met as part of the project and also having the own some licensing rights to the images captured

Project Contributions

We have had project contribution from the artists within our community as part of our metabolism for interaction, resource sharing and collective leverage

PhotoMerchandise Creation /advertising and selling
We have used project contributions from the community to create inspirational materials like wall frames and murals that correlate with the mantra of the Fellowship. These materials are on percentage split on sales between the artist , the models and the fellowship. Sales have been made which were on individual ad channels we werent able to track and upload proof here… but they are merchandise that the fellowship has been involved with selling lately
