With 8 years of experience as a product manager in security, Evgeny has a proven track of acquiring new customers and bringing products to the market. Evgeny has business development and community programs for Oasis Network for the past 5 years.
Misha (Tech lead)
Lead blockchain developer involved in blockchain development since 2016. Winner and participant in various blockchain hackathons (Tech Race, Blockchain Hackathon Kyiv). Speaker of WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2023.
Artem (Front End)
Leading Front End developer in the web3 field with more than 5 years of experience. I was the main developer of a large blockchain and other web3 products in Japan.
Miroslav(Backend)
Backend web developer, who has been developing various systems since 2017, has six years of practical experience and is familiar with web 3 from the very beginning of his journey, from small to high-load projects. Able to develop the structure and architecture of the application from scratch.
Vladimir (Blockchain Product Lead.)
Vladimir is a seasoned expert in IT and cryptocurrencies with over a decade of experience starting from working as developer to product and project management.
Diana (Web2 Product Lead)
Accomplished PM with over 5 years of experience in product, marketing, and development. An example of Diana’s experience is managing an Agile cross-functional team in parallel with numerous dependencies.

I’m working since 2020 as web3 Community Manager and Promoter with a successful background in cultivating vibrant and engaged online communities. Proven ability to strategically promote decentralized projects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive community growth. Proficient in social media management, content creation, and organizing impactful community events.
Team:
Evgeny has been developing and implementing the ambassador program for the Oasis Network for several years. Part of the technical team has previously worked on a solution for a multi-chain payroll, which is now functioning successfully.

It will be spent on development of Aurora Payroll Reward system on Talentum platform. It will increase Aurora on-chain activity and community interest in completing tasks on Talentum and
streamline the management of the Aurora Starforce program.

Talentum team consists only of full-time employees

Team won’t be paid from this budget. This budget will be spent on developments Aurora based features and rewards for community in mutual campaigns Aurora x Talentum
