Greetings my dear NEAReans 
I am very happy to report that we start having activities.
Thanks to this first working week we have now +100 members on our telegram group:
Week 15 Nov - 21 Nov
I am delegating task to others on my team, because I am bussy now with other NEAR related tasks, for example as a NEAR Community Moderator and OWS Spanish Language Moderator. So, I am in this with all my heart, energy, and time.
So, we have 2 main projects, and I was clear as we are just starting and this projects are convenient for the Guild to growth. That’s why @Nicolasp2 @LuisAponte99 @Jloc @Arturoahs @yehosua.near and my self will not have any extra compensation / payroll from the work this first month on the near-venezuela Guild.

This week Palmeros de Chacao assosiation start using ASTRODAO, now we have a Cultural Human Heritage certified by UNESCO using NEAR Protocol on daily basis

Others: ramonfarfan.near and my self (just for now, helping them to start the project)

So, what happen so far?
They have been buying equipment and they start the rehabilitation of a plant nursery. Also, they donate some unwanted plants to the city botanic jarden and they are now into their next event this weekend.
What should be improve asap?
- Video recording tools
- Palmeros de Chacao Social Networks
- More marketing, publications, stories about the palmeros showing NEAR as sponsor

We expect to have more social network, radio, and instagram views about the Palmeros and their sponsorship with NEAR @Tibyparedes

- Welcome people to NEAR, open a wallet for them, deposit 0.3 NEAR and let them buy Crypto Beers with those NEAR in the stablishment (Bar/Restaurant/Pub/Hotel/BeerGarden)
- Social Network Show, marketing, publicity → Views + Interaction
