It has been a hectic month with substantial changes accross the board at Arroz.
This is my first month as a community manager, physical onboarder and council member of Arroz Criativo. It has been quite the challenge
I have taken over these roles from @tabea and @frnpr .

Total hours spent: 80H
Breakdown : 5x8h = 40h [physical onboarding] + 30h [council & community management]
Requested amount : 80h x 3.5N + 2N(tipbot) + 5N (Pizza & drink for onboarding) = 287N (approx 2232$)
NEAR token value : 7.78 $ (CoinGecko on 04.10.2021 at 5pm)
Note : physical onboarding budget is usually 4 (x 8h) Wednesdays per month but September has 5 Wednesdays hence the higher allocation this month.

Several briefings with @ Mette ,@ laurapnz,@ lamour for support with reporting, financial assessment and activity updates on Merchandising, Fundraising and PlantingAir projects.

Meetings with Halison (Trafka) & Vicente (Mazarin) for music studio updates, financial assessments and development of live music projects. One of the projects currently in development with NxM can be seen here.

Meeting with @ vandal and J.Hinelines(Bittrees) for council induction, admin, studio activities briefing and crypto onboarding strategy

research, development, meetings for a monthly workshop series on DAOs and Decentralised Governance titled “DAO : Dreams of Governance” .

5 X 8hour sessions of physical onboarding surgery at the studios where most studio residents, the Arroz bar staff (Laticia) and a new organisation Mãe Solteira (introduced by City Node @ TRosario) were onboarded to core theoretical knowledge about the Blockchain & the NEAR ecosystem. Furthermore Salome Rita - journalist at Mensagem de Lisboa was introduced to the Arroz X NEAR collab. She spent an afternoon in the studios interviewing residents and taking notes with the intention of writing a piece.
