5 Work of the Council.
Meetings : We wrote the Internal Rules of the DAO, rules of organization of our DAO, that will help us through the months to keep the commitment, the responsibility, and a compass for which we can always use to navigate our projects, create routes of activities that contemplate our 8 Tentacles that are the principles of our DAO.
And the regiment was announced on the forum.
The councils opened the DAO store and the store already has 18 artists, 477 minted works.
Financial transactions: Payments made in Near, according to the quotation received of 3000 USD in Near.
Highlights:
Our bounty hit 846 views.
We were invited again to put on Exhibit 8 at cryptovoxels at the venue provided by @Ghini curator and council of FEMINU DAO
We had over 20 entries in the bounty.
The councils made the covers of all social media.
Learnings: We reinforce what we talked about the other month:
- Having bylaws makes us more organized and prepared for unforeseen events, as well as gives us a north on the compass, we can always check the bylaws agreements and improve our work. In addition, it creates a common professionalism and commitment to the goals of the DAO by the members.
- We realized how important it is to have bounties for the community to participate and have fun.
- We saw how important it is to have a store for minting the works of the bounties and exhibitions so that the artwork gains diffusion, promotion, visualization and access in NEAR.
- We were right to have chosen 8 very special values to guide our DAO, as it creates the identity of the DAO in NEAR and principles that will both be the identity of the DAO and will govern the projects it proposes and executes.
- This month we started the execution of the social project where all the DAO’s creatives funding has 10% of the value donated to the social portfolio realizar.near which we will manage collectively.
Next steps: The councils will decide together as DAO which social project will receive the social fund deposited in the realizar.near portfolio and thus spread the name of NEAR and DAO around those places as well.
